AT&T Store

I was helped by an amazing young lady named Amanda on two separate occasions. She first helped me on how to report my phone for a claim and told me to return if I needed any other assistance so I did. The following day I had received my new iPhone in the mail and had returned to a smile and a more than gracious willing to assist me with setting up my new phone. It took some time to get all my things transferred over and she was extremely helpful and nice about everything that was going on. I would return and recommend everyone I know to go and see Amanda do to her amazing personality and willingness to make sure the customers satisfactory. I went in because I was having problems with my old phone, everyone was so nice and I think it was the manager, I don’t remember her name but she was so kind and a great help. I left with a new phone that I love and they have the cutest cases. I told everyone to go to this store, don’t waste your time at stores that treat you poorly. I’ll definitely make this my store.

Worked with senaj she was the best person I have ever met at a store! So helpful and friendly, plus she helped me save $80 on my bill which allowed me to finally upgrade and get a new phone so happy I’ll be back again with my whole family soon.

My experience at this location was one of the best I have ever had. The rep Sanjay was a delight, she helped me get my ancient Samsung working again so I can get all my stuff migrated to the new iPhone SE. I am not one to get all the latest and greatest. I like my phones to be issue free. I know this device will last me another 5 years. Truly this works for me she even has a case and screen protector available for this phone. If you are in need of Att services I highly recommend you visit this store and ask for Sanjay!

Some of thee best customer service every!! I came there to purchase AirPods for my trip and when I tell you I felt welcomed and appreciated from the start of the transaction to the end! I love everything about this location!Especially that woman Senaj!

The Manager in this store is the Bomb .com, she make it her business to have everyone the walk into her store to leave there happy. I hope this young lady goes as far as she can with in the ATT company, Sheniah Is a true Boss!

Simply put, she ( The store manager ) was great. Great personality, I didn’t have to wait long and she was very knowledgeable about the product.

I highly recommend going to see Emilio for all your phone/service needs! He offers great customer service. He took his time to explain all the different plans they offer & very politely answered all my questions and concerns. I'm very pleased with how attentive and respectful he was. 10 out of 10!

All the workers are great. Shante & Chris were great with answering all of my questions. They had positive attitudes & were very knowledgeable with the phones. I recommend going to this store. I will be going back to get my new lines.

This A.T & T location is 1 of the best locations. Very good customer service. Shante is very knowledgeable & friendly.! Im seriously thinking about switching carriers. They need more employees like her. 😊 (not taking anything away from the other employees)

Had started Uber eats and had problems with my phone talk with the store representative. She help me in. The store manager came over and he helped me talk to Uber for me. We got the situation straightened out and the other workers there were looking to help two wonderful experience best I have had in years good store, good people friendly and willing to help solve your problems.

After years of being with sprint I finally decided to switch over to at&t, the service is great and on top of the already good price they offer discounts for healthcare workers! The store manager Ace is awesome, I had a slight inconvenience and he personally made sure it was taken care of! Overall a great store!

Senaj is amazing at what she does!

Maxine was awesome! We spent quite some time at the store trying to port my number and transfer ownership for my husband’s number. She was patient, thorough, and knowledgeable through the entire process! Highly recommend her for any of your needs.
