I had troubles and wasn’t able to come in and they took their time over the phone to help me as much as they could!

Great place!! I’ve been going to XL since it opened. I’ve been through the changes and watch this local small business grow into a well know/friendly place to get all your needs for vaping and much more! All prices are fare and you’re not getting over charged. The manger, owner and employees all are super knowledgeable and can give you good information on the products they offer. Many other stores similar to this don’t give you the time or information and this is the only one i feel comfortable going to cause you see the same employees all the time. Not a big group of people so you can get more 1 on 1 time. They always make you feel welcome and are great people and a great business!! I recommend them Hands down!!

Michaela is incredibly knowledgeable. She knows what’s she’s actually selling, plus cares about her customers. I worked in retail for 10 years. When I say she cares about her customers she actually does!!! Love the place, plus the amazing environment. I stopped smoking, with the help of XL, and also got my dad to stop!!! I can’t say thank you guys enough!!!

Stumbled on this place after grubbing on some ice cream in the same complex. Biggest selection of glassware I've seen in one place. Choice artwork from local artists for purchase. Big store with lots of stuff to check out.

This place is great. The owner and all of his employees are friendly, knowledgeable, hard working people. There are quite a few vapor shops/lounges in the NWA area, but I personally prefer coming here. They always have what I need and are happy to take the time to answer any questions I may have.

Friendly staff, will service any vape brought to them, wide range of vaping products. The fluid is made in house and they can customize your fluid flavor and strength. They have a bar where you can try all their products. This is MY local B&M (brick and mortar) vape shop. I am never disappointed.

Best Vape spot in town. Clean, welcoming atmosphere, great selection of juices and Vape equipment. Staff is knowledgeable and approachable to the new vaper. I regularly stop in quickly to buy some juice and end up spending too much time there chatting with the staff. Great place!

The owner is excellent service is excellent and if you ever have a problem they are very happy to solve the problem and they back up what they sell another words if you have a problem with some item that you purchased they are more than happy to repair replace the item I don't know about cash refunds because I've never had to do one of those they've always without exception stood by anything I purchased and made it right no matter what it took I can't say enough about the quality of the owner of this place go in there yourself and check it out and you will not be disappointed

Honestly love this store so much, every time I walk in the employees are always ready to help me and get me what I need. I highly recommend going there and getting some disposables!!!

My grandmother always sent me here for her vaping things and I was always satisfied. We ordered online and went to the store to pick up and it was always ready for us.

I am not sure the name of the associate that helped me, but she was patient and both knowledgeable and helpful in our purchase. I truly appreciate when a person cares about helping people.

Staff is super friendly, testing area isn't abused like vapor world down the street. They have low end to high end and a good selection. It's become my go to place!
