AT&T Store

I can't say thank you enough to Justin for his help! I had spoken with many other locations and stores and was told there was no solution to our specific problem, but he quickly found a way! He took care of everything exactly the way he said he would! We sure are thankful for him and his store!

Joana was amazing! She took great care of us and explained everything perfectly. She reviewed all of our plan options and even helped us sign up for new internet service. No one wants to spend a Saturday afternoon dealing with phone issues, but she made this experience so pleasant!

Thank you Grant for being truthful and taking the time to getting my account and FAN pin setup. Springdale and Fayetteville told me to just call “611”. Driving to this location is worth it.

I always have whatever problems I have with my phone or service explained clearly and with great patience professionally. The people there are my favorite ones to go to. They also have the most updated products.

Justin did an awesome job and was very helpful. He was even able to speed up the pick up process a day early for me.

Tyler E. was great. He answered all my questions and assured me of my worries. He was friendly, acknowledgeable and professional. Literally, was in and out in 15-20 minutes and that was him also helping another customer on the side. Side note, customer service survey I messed up so hopefully that doesn’t affect him. Definitely, recommend this AT&T.

Ismael was very knowledgeable and was able to provide answers to my questions right away. He was honest and did not need to consult with supervisor to provide answers. He knows his job and is aware of his customers timeframe. I appreciate his help 😊 he gets a 10 !!

Samuel our sales guy was just the sweetest! A good heart and caring. Not something easy to find in sales.

We only had to wait for 10 minutes and he met us with a smile and got us all taking care of.

Store was very clean and had a nice atmosphere about it. Loved the modern look of store.

They had the phone I wanted in stock, which was a big plus.

I recommend checking them out for all your phone needs!

I was very happy to walk in and have Grant Y be my store rep, I had some complications with my account and it was very time consuming. Anytime, my husband or I have ever walked into the store, our experience has always been positive! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help! Our visit to the store, last night, was no exception. Grant Y. went beyond expectations; not only fixed our phone issue, but did it with such a positive and friendly manner! Never once did we get the feeling he was annoyed or bothered; even after several different attempts. Our family came in to get new phones. Grant was able to get us into new phones and got us all the accessories we needed. The service was amazing and I will come back and do my business here at the store on promenade Blvd with Grant!!
