Friendly people and very helpful. I bought a washing machine and they give a 60day warranty and they also will service what you purchased labor and part and they will deliver the cost locally for 40$.

Wonderful is such a simple word. But he was, bought and delivered to my house.

Nice salesman but prices were crazy. Needed an electric range for a rent house.
They wanted $550 for a 30 year old electric range with door falling apart. I told him they are $475 new at Home Depot and he seemed surprised.

I initially went in very nice trying to get A return on the dryer that I purchased that ended up not needing. I was first told I had to wait for the owner to get back to even process return. After waiting for about 10 minutes before I went back in and was treated rudely by the owner Then I was informed that I couldn’t return it because that’s their policy we weren’t told that before we purchased. I was then quickly dismissed with her I’m sorry I screwed you grin on her face and then just as quickly proceeded to go back to a conversation with her friend. Honestly, save your time and money. Don’t waste it on anything here.

Do not buy here. They do not take returns even after assuring a customer they will make things right. They leave untrained staff alone. Will not help load and are generally rude and unappreciative of any business that comes their way. I wasted almost 300 dollars on a product that did not work. They would not return or fix. I did have a receipt and tried to return within less than 2 days.

Bought a washer and dryer. The washer is fine. Dryer started making noise right away, then quit drying. They said they would be out the next day. No show no call.(waiting on parts but no one told us!)..After a couple of weeks of getting the run around(owner blaming the service man, service man stating that he only makes $10 an hour and does what he is told), he walks in stating it's our fault because we overload it!! ) when he left he mentioned he replaced the thermostat because it was going out.(was that our fault too?) Guess what? Went to use it and it has no heat! They won't take my calls now. Guess I am a "Karen"
