Walmart Supercenter

Visited this Walmart (Armory Drive, Franklin, Va) in the morning on Black Friday. ALL..... I repeat ALL of the employees we came in contact with were friendly, helpful and courteous!!! It's nice to experience great and genuine customer service!

Wonderful staff of employees. My only concern was that more registers should be open. Hopefully that will improve also.

I place grocery and other items on line for curbside pickup. The pick up process is seamless and very efficient. I usually tip the person bringing my groceries to the car when it's raining outside. It seems like a thankless job but most of the folks putting groceries in the trunk always wear a smile.

Easy shopping experience later near closing time. Staff was friendly when asking for product locations because of me being in an unfamiliar Walmart store. Kudos to Franklin Walmart.

The greeter at the Franklin Wal-Mart on the Home and Pharmacy entrance to tonight was one of the best I have ever encountered.
The cashier on register 7 was also incredible. She was extremely polite and helpful.

The young man in Electronics was very nice and very helpful. He knew his stuff. I was looking for some Apple Ipods for my son, but couldn't afford that brand. He schooled me on several different types. Needless to say, my son was very pleased. Thank you very much. I wish I would've gotten his name though. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wednesday evening in Electronics. Thanks again. 👍

Always Great, Walmart has everything in one place.

Visited this location several times while staying in at a nearby hotel for a family funeral. The experience was nice. Although, some parts of the grocery section was bare(due to a recent snow storm), I was able to find the items I was looking for. Checkout was easy and lines were little to none.

Lines be too long in here. I think they need to add on to the building for more space to check out

In and out quickly. Found what I needed easily. The cashier in Home and Garden was very patient and understanding. I had forgotten my debit card and had to go back to my daughter's car to get it. My purchase had to be temporarily suspended but was quickly completed as soon as I returned to the register.

My rating is solely based on my interaction with the pharmacy. It was quick and easy service even having to speak with the pharmacist before I left with the prescription she was personable and informative of the medication.. there was reserved parking outside for carside pickup as well which I have become fond of. As far as the store the greeter was nice and spoke, which most greeters do not seem to know how to speak to people if they enter the building, so it was nice for a change to be acknowledged. The carts were all available for shoppers and the staff were all masked. It is a very large Walmart with plenty of parking and with some other food and shopping around. I tend not to go to Walmart at all I will do grocery pickup but this was a very nice Walmart I will say

Staff friendly, able to find items with no problems. Much needed janitorial staff for 🚻. Thanks for your valued services to the people you serve. Always order my groceries from here and the staff is always friendly and make sure my order is right. They are so polite and ask if I want my bread and eggs up front to avoid getting smashed and always ask if I viewed my substitutions

I got curbside services at Wal-Mart in Franklin va.I had a sweet lady waited on me with a smile and she was very courteous towards me I asked her her name she said. Carol Trejo it's hard to find people like that anymore.i will definitely be back .Thank your Carol for being so sweet.

The guys in the automotive section were extremely helpful. My vehicle would not fit in the oil change area. I didn't get the guys name but one of the guys that worked there helped me through the entire process out in the parking lot.

My favorite tire center! You always deliver on time and at great value. Thank you for caring for my vehicles as if they were your own!

We enjoyed shopping at Walmart but it's impossible to find an electric scooter or handicapped parking place

I love this Wal-Mart. The employees are always so sweet majority of the time. Ed (I think that's his name, he is a greeter) always gives my niece a sticker when she is with me. She gets so excited! Buffy always has a smile on her face and is super sweet also. I wish every Wal-Mart had e employees like Franklin does. My only complaint is that they definitely need to have more checkouts open especially the first few days of every month.

I know people are who have worked here for years, they have incredible hard working staff and personally one of the more professional Walmart’s I’ve visited in a long time. They always have the newest trends with the hottest brands but don’t forget that great value is a great value for your buck!
