Wow! I'm impressed! I shop both the Rose's stores in Princeton and Bluefield. The Hinton store is so clean, stocked well, and the employees were very cordial. I'm glad that I took the time to finally shop the Hinton location. Happy to see Hinton has a wonderful new business.

Wide array of merchandise at various price points. Reminds me of Magic Mart. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff! A must shop store when in Hinton!

Reminds me of the former Murphy's Mart, Magic Mart, or Hills Department Store...has basic household needs so we don't have to go to Beckley or Princeton. Prices are pretty reasonable considering not having to travel a good distance to shop. Just need to keep items stocked from upper shelves or priced on products.

About Hinton
City in West Virginia

Hinton is a city in and the county seat of Summers County, West Virginia, United States. The population was 2,266 at the 2020 census. Hinton was established in 1873 and chartered in 1897. Hinton was named after John "Jack" Hinton, the original owner of the town site. Much of Hinton's downtown was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. In 1994, part of Paramount's film Lassie was shot in Hinton. source
