The young lady who seems to work almost every day is wonderful! The other employees are very nice also. A young guy who was stocking items was also wonderful. After COVID it seems like Customer Service was obsolete but the helpful employees here have excellent Customer Service skills. And that is why I gave 5 stars

I was so amazed by the openness of the store that it made want to shop for more than just the one thing I went for!
A very nice change from the other FD store I always go to by my house, it's been unkept.

Great place. Often out of items but great staff thats very helpful. Also there are almost always mark downs.

Christina was so helpful when I needed to return something and change my mood from angry the happy and satisfied. I had went to the other Family Dollar in Iroquois Manor which I go to at least two to three times a week to try and return a pair of pants and shirt that did not fit me. The white bald man was so rude to me and would not return my stuff, attitude is everything and I will never go there again I will always return to Family Dollar on Southside Drive due to Christina being so friendly. Even if she wouldn't return my stuff I'd still be satisfied bc her attitude was professional!

My Family Dollar located on Lincoln Trail Radcliff. Impressive employee she work on Sunday Sept 16th 2nd shift short dark hair. She is always friendly and work very hard. She makes you feel welcome.
