We recently visited this store on a cruise. When we entered I said "good morning" to the employee behind the counter and she didn't look up from her phone. We then walked around and looked for 20 minutes without her ever looking up from her phone or even acknowledging that anyone was in the store. It's no wonder this store does worse than other shops in town when they can't even be bothered to make an effort.
