The manager Tim was super great, and he helped us out significantly. He went above and beyond to do everything properly and answered all our questions. Highly recommended and very professional!

They were polite and so helpful. Told us so many things to help with out questions about our account.

This location has the best customer service! Isa Guirado helped us with issues with our phones. She was such a delight! She spent an exceptional amount of time to get both phones working correctly after we had changed our numbers. She exemplified what you wish to see in employees everywhere, a great attitude, confidence and always smiling!! We will use this location again!

The sales representative, Nicholas, was very informative, friendly, patient, and aware of my needs and how to help me the best he could. And he did a great job. There was a slight issue with my purchase but he took the time to make some calls and work with the systems to solve the issue and guarantee I left a satisfied customer. Tim the manager was very helpful and got my wife's new phone setup as he was taking care of another customer at the same time. He's a Multi-Tasker! Customer service just isn't what it use to be but Tim turned around our opinion. He even found discounts we should of had already and even discovered that my recent new phone upgrade from another ATT store was not completely done correctly and could have caused billing issues. Tim fixed it all and in a short period of time! We will stay ATT customers as long as he's helping us!

This is a no wait, great at&t store. The employee who helped me was awesome! I wish I knew her name, she had a tattoo on her left arm...... Anyway, she was helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude, very kind. She knew what the problem was, how to fix it, fixed it in under 5 minutes and even asked how my day was going. Exemplary employee! It was an easy SIM card switch, but not something I would have known to do. She waited patiently while I tried to figure out my password to the account and didn't mind my annoying questions.

I had an awesome experience at this location. Tim was very helpful and great with customer service best experience at a AT&T store. Came in as a iPhone lover and leaving with a Pixel phone on my mind.

Nick is an amazing representative for AT&T store at Cortaro. We arrived at the store around 730 pm on 7/22/17, which is a half hour before closing. There were two customers ahead of us. Within minutes of our arrival, Nick asked us what we needed while he was assisting other customers. He explained how long the wait would be if we waited. I was impressed with his ability to multitask, helping current customer, acknowledging waiting customers, answering phone. I was frankly surprised he was alone, but after witnessing how adeptly he handled his job, I was definitely impressed. Kudos to Nick for his incredible one-man performance with 4 customers + multiple phone calls in the last 30 minutes before closing. He should definitely receive a commendation and perhaps a promotion. Unfortunately, too often customers are given less than stellar service. In our store experience at this AT&T location, we received not only service we should expect, but above and beyond service.

Rosa is the absolute best sales representative. She is knowledgeable and patient. She is excellent at multi-tasking. The service was outstanding!

Nick helped me over the phone and then again in the store. He was very patient and helpful. Both of us wore our masks and there was plenty of room to distance ourselves.

Yesterday February 20th, 2021 my wife and I had very pleasant and outstanding experience while visiting this store to upgrade from IPhone 6’s to IPhone 12. The Sales Representative Savannah Varian had outstanding customer service skills! And exemplified extreme patience in answering every question we had concerning our new phones!

My phone was not getting any emergency alerts and I had came in 2 days in a row because the first day didn't work. During both of the days and employee named Jon helped me and was able to solve my problem in MINUTES. He knew exactly what do to to fix my problem. If you go to this store you should try to get this guy to help you because he is absolutely amazing
