Great customer service. If you have AAA insurance NAPA offers a discount on parts for showing your card. Quality parts I've been trusting over 20 years.

Every time I've gone into NAPA, I have been treated courteously and professionally. I have never had a problem with any items bought in the store, but no they would replace or refund my money were that to occur.

Wow. I walked in with what I thought was going to be either very difficult or very expensive. I planned to create an adapter cable, but Scott showed me a much Superior way to do it, and saved me both money and aggravation. He spent more time than I would have imagined anyone would, and I'm grateful. Thank you, Scott!

Big store with people who really want to help you. You don't feel stupid here and they aren't stupid either. If you're fixing something for the first time, but not a newbee, it's just nice to be able to ask a question and get some help with getting the right parts. Thanks again for being awesome!
