Review is ONLY directed at the Cosmetics Manager.
This woman goes above and beyond for her customers. I will continue to drive from Mission for her services. Her knowledge and kindness is unmatched, and that is hard to find these days.

My favourite store so far. very clean and well stocked with self checkout options. Cosmetic section is great. They have huge collection of perfumes and colognes too. Pharmacy needs more people some times, I heard they were paging for cashier for straight 5 minutes but no one noticed. No wonder their waiting time for prescription pick ups is too long.

It was great with my first purchase. I gained 20,000 points on my PC MasterCard optimum card . Was my first purchase of a Christmas dolce and Gabbana cologne for men box set for $160 or so. I had awesome service and having talked with the manager of the store she hooked me up lol with extra samples of cologne and a bag from Hugo boss etc. Sometimes I also go and get small things like cat treats just for men, eyebrowed, hair dye and peanut butter was the last thing I bought there. The manager also instructed me to come back. Purchase other products and that she would be there to guide and help me in any way she could. I took this as a promise lol

Alicia B was great! She was helpful, knowledgeable & gave fabulous customer service! When I told her a particular product that I've use has recently been discontinued she quickly provided me with an alternative. The alternative was better than the discontinued item.

I would commend Reena (Cosmetics) and Dallas (FS Supervisor) for helping me with my purchases today. Dallas is so helpful and very patient because I have to return then make a re-purchase (due of price accuracy), then have to make points redemption afterwards. I mostly come here for my purchases esp with electronics because they have lots of options.

Attend SFW ,Bc today to avoid xmas shopping rush, was a great visit to the beauty depth.An extremely lovey rep named Alicia(tats) helped me for Xmas shopping for my daughter with perfume.Alicia was so helpful, and so friendly. She went above helpful to make this an easy transaction.I very much appreciate ur kindness today for
helping select a perfume for my daughter & my shopping experience was exceptional & that's hard to come by nowadays.Kudos to u.

I went to this store today. All employees were very nice and helpful. Maybe they are under new management now? Great Shoppers store!

I am the self-declared queen of Shoppers Drug Mart. I live for their Optimum Points program. Even better? If the location has a Shoppers Drug Mart Beauty Boutique - then just take all my money. Between the awesome Optimum Points program (love racking up those points), to the amazing selection of cosmetic and personal care brands, to the deals on every day grocery items - you can’t beat a trip to Shoppers for convenience and value. Sephora who?

I was having the same experience as everyone else with this pharmacy... I called and asked to speak to the head pharmacist and explained the concerns and asked for an explanation. He was very kind and very apologetic and aware of these concerns. They have been severely understaffed for the last few months with only the pharmacist and the tech available. The two of them are managing 200 faxes a day and dozens of calls. He says he recognizes that this is people's health, not something that can be compromised, and they are asking for additional help from other pharmacies (additional, temporary workers) to help them catch up. Frustrating, but trying to be empathetic.

I am currently on hold with this pharmacy and have been since 2:30. An hour and a half without even a pickup to explain theyre behind. I'm concerned they've just forgotten me on hold. I won't be sending my prescriptions here anymore if it's this much of a hassle.

EDIT: The pharmacist answered, and I could hear the phone ringing continuously in the background. He sounded incredibly overwhelmed. I like this pharmacy but I think it's best to move my prescriptions elsewhere for the time being to lighten the workload on them. I encourage others to do the same. The freshco right across the street has a pharmacy for those concerned with distance.

The staff was quick enough to greet. Had to go to the post office and the guy was a trainee, in learning but he did the work with pace. People in the line were also understanding i guess as there was no chaos. All in all it was good.

The pharmacy was great. I accidentally booked an appointment for my third covid shot at the shoppers at seven oaks and the shoppers I showed up at (Tretheway) allowed me to get the shot there instead. It was an honest mistake but I was glad they were able to take me in.

Had two very helpful experiences with post office staff. I lost my tracking number. I called today and the worker went out of her way to help me find my lost tracking number. And the day I delivered this package the male employee was so friendly and helpful. I've always liked this shoppers drug mart for their helpful staff. I drive across town to use this one.

Ive been going to this shoppers for years. Not once have i left feeling anoyed with my service. Pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful. Most of the time, people leaving bad reviews are often the ones with the attitude in the first place.

Phoned to see about flu shots and pneumonia shot and can u take both at same time answer is yes u can but goverment pneumonia shot is for 65 or older otherwise u have to pay 135 for prevnar i think they said the shot was called some insurances cover this but its a good idea to prevent getting sick they advised.

Tannis and olu helped us. They got the new machine installed last night and was having tough time figuring how to work but with the help of another shoppers assistent ( security guy), they got the pictures.
All three Were super awesome people I met. And great service.
And thanks alot for there help.

Please who shop at Retail stores should have a higher appreciation for them, I would deny most unrealistic and non common sense situations too. The store has power and I have power as a retail giant, make it make sense and I will be happy to help, don't, see where it goes.

Dont ever go to shoppers but tonight went to get a script filled and had to wait 30-40 minutes and the staff were great . Front til guy Pete P amazing and very welcoming. Great experience compared to other stores .

Huge beauty boutique! Whole store is very very clean and always fully stocked. The grocery section has great variety of items too. And the customer service is really great!
