CVS

Came to get my Covid booster shot. Pharmacist was very kind and informative. He had a busy morning with little help, but took time to help and was on top of everything in an orderly, timely manner. Glad I came here for my booster!

Have everything needed a lot is on sale the only thing I don't like is that they have self checkout now cuz no one there to check you out no more ! I guess they're going to go back on unemployment

This is a very busy pharmacy, and even so, the pharmacy staff was kind and efficient.

Clean and always has what you need in Stock for a quality price

The store is good. The pharmacy is horrible. My meds are never in stock which i believe is an excuse for them not to do there job.

Pharmacy needs to stop auto filling Rx. No matter how many times they are told, they still autofill stuff that we don't need.

My intestines have been rotting and my doctor called in a prescription for mesalamine to which my insurance required a prior authorization. This was completed 9/16 but the cvs never updated the status of the prescription and it remained on hold setting off a half hour worth of phone calls to my insurance asking why the pharmacy is still holding. My insurance called them on my behalf but sat on hold for 15 minutes and then was hung up on. They finally answered when I called. Not sure what happened here. Not a great experience.

The pharmacy has gone downhill. Have been coming here for a very long time and the past couple years everyone good has left and there is a lot of incompetence going on. The store itself is great though.

If I could post a zero I would. Worst pharmacy experience. I called this pharmacy several times waiting to get an actual person on the phone not a robot. When I finally got through to the pharmacy I was told my script which was called in on a Saturday could not be filled because they were out of stock and it would not be filled until 6:06pm Tuesday. The woman said she would call me back once she found it in stock at another location. An hour goes by and no call back. I had my doctor transfer my script to Walgreens. When I got to Walgreens I found out this CVS in Blackwood sent my script to the CVS in Sewell without telling me! Drove to the Sewell CVS to find out they were out of stock too! Incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I called the Blackwood CVS back to tell them maybe they should check the pharmacy they are transferring to before just sending someone’s script without their knowledge and inconveniencing sick customers even more. Pharmacy worker was rude and unapologetic.
