Charles is one of the best most professional person I have dealt with. He Cares about his customers and does everything to help them. He was in Sullivan and when he was moved to union I followed him with my business. Great manager.

Travis from rent one was awesome , he brought our bed and washer and dryer even though he was the only one working,that could load and unload , he's very respectful, very kind and I definitely recommend him, the manager was very kind and very honest I definitely will be going back for more . It's so rare to find such nice gentleman, I appreciate it so much, ,,,

They are amazing and have always done everything they could to help even when I was late making my payment. My fridge went out today and I called them at 3pm and they delivered a fridge to me by 4pm same day. This is truly an amazing group of people that work in the union office. I wasn’t expecting to get the fridge today but Karen made it happen.

The manager Charles will take the time to make sure you are getting the best appliance for your needs and budget. The delivery folks were new, yet the professionalism and attitude toward customer make you feel apprecaited. Instead of just another job.

Easy to get app online and get approved fast. Never had to even leave our home. Delivery and set up the very next day. I did the chat to rep for questions I had and she was very informative and helpful. Price on our new 65" tv is a great value. Will definitely continue doing business with you all. Thankyou so much!! We are repeat customers and they Are still #1 to tent or buy from!! Paying off your payments is way less time than others too!

I’ve rented here before with no issues. Today I went to buy and Charles was so helpful!!! Found the perfect couch and love seat at a great price! AND free delivery, which is HUGE considering I live on the 2nd floor. I definitely recommend Rent One and I will definitely do business with them again!

Clean organized store with a friendly informative and professional staff. Charles was my salesman. We were limited on space for a refridgerator and was having difficulty finding a side by side that met our needs. Charles was able to order one and had it delivered within a week of ordering it. First item delivered on time second appliance end of the day just rented a big screen can't seem to get it delivered been waiting 3 days I'm not sure when I pay these items off if there will be any more
