Paid 72.94 for them to send me the wrong dress in June. Reached out via Facebook email took a while and the owner sent me a text apologizing and said she would send a return label to me. Never received it. So I reached out again via text to her 2 weeks later on July 15 and there was complete silence. So I sent a complaint in through PayPal, she finally offered a complete refund but I was to pay return shipping for THEIR mistake. PayPal offered to credit me for original and return shipping cost so I sent it back. VERY POOR ownership and business practices.
I love shopping boutiques. But I will never again purchase from this store. And I have learned to always purchase through PayPal so I can get my money back if I’m am scammed like this again. Mistakes happen, but there is absolutely NO excuse for the lack of customer service in this situation. What a disappointment!
