I’d say they are fair we have been customers over ten years and very few times have they offered less than I wanted also work with you to give same price every time even though item is obviously of less value over time especially electronics

They help me out when it comes to loans all the time been coming here for about 2-3 years(before they merged store's to Dexter St.) now customer service is what you expect from a professional business. 4 of 5 because of underpricing on certain items.

Some fair deals, nothing great. Product seems to sit on the shelves for a while and I have seen a counterfeit guitar for sale there.
