I purchased 2 bottles of wine from Monty’s. After loading my car, one of the bottles slipped out and broke on the parking lot pavement. I returned to the store and asked for a bag to dispose of the broken glass.
Within 30 seconds of starting to clean up the glass, a Monty’s employee was alongside my car assisting me. With her assistance the mess was quickly removed.
As I was expressing my appreciation for the help, a second employee arrived with a new bottle of wine to replace the broken one!

Great, enormous place. Super friendly staff...you will question "Can the staff really be this friendly and energetic?" ...and you will answer yourself "Wow, yes...yes they can!"

I went to Monty’s today! I was very skeptical about this place after the bad reviews I saw on Yelp, but I decided to give it a try. My experience was excellent. I was looking for a specific wine and Emily helped me right away. She is a very nice person. I’ll definitely come back.

Best selection of wine in the area! Extensive selection of rare scotches and Bourbons as well. The store is huge, if they don’t have it no one will! Friendly staff is a bonus. If you have any questions they’re there to help. Love this place!

I've been going to Monty's for awhile now and have always left with a deal, the owner is always a pleasure to see with a warm greeting but what really made my night was the young lady who helped me, Sarah (brunette with glasses). I decided to treat myself with some scotch and wanted to know quality versus price and what followed was a thorough teaching and understanding of so many whisky/scotch/bourbon that I left feeling like I was educated. A dedicated and knowledgeable staff makes me appreciate this place even more and I can't thank Sarah enough for her insight and kindness. Will be a long time customer here for sure.
