This magical place,not often seen by chefs and never seen by diners, is John Prescott's little corner of the world. Who is John Prescott? Only about the nicest, smartest, kindest man you could ever hope to meet. A purveyor of tasty cheese, cured meats, butter, spices, imported pasta and most importantly (biased opinion) chocolate. He is in the best kitchens in Cincinnati and Louisville. He adores his wife and daughters, loves really great mustard and just has a heart of gold. He is one of the unsung heroes of every menu. Every bit of chocolate that goes out of the pastry kitchen comes from this little warehouse meaning that I personally drive from Cleveland to Cincinnati and back again to get it. When loyalty seems like a thing of the past, I always find it with John. My credit application was a handshake 16 years ago. He's always been a champion of my career, offered the best prices, apologized profusely for market increases that he couldn't control, and gifted me products to congratulate me on new jobs. I just can't say enough good things about him. His passion for good food fuels mine. He is a #gem in the crown of #cincinnati .

John is easy to work with, very knowledgable about all products and can always find those hidden gems. My go to distributor for cheese, charcuterie, nuts, mustards, anchovies, etc. I could go on and on.
