This is a small convenient store that's only good for pickingup packages from UPS drop Spot

This store does not keep regular hours. It is the local UPS access point and it is very difficult to retrieve packages from here. The hours listed are different on UPS website, and different on other business directories. Between this and UPS driver not ringing my bell I usually have to try for a week at a time to retrieve a package. It is very frustrating.

If the hours were posted correctly it would save a lot of headaches. Another post complains about this and the store owner mentions emergency—I understand things can happen but this happens several times a week. At least a note on the door would help so I don’t waste time going over and trying. The store is never open at the same times. I wish UPS would just leave my packages as instructed. 😩
