Just visited 3/14/24 the guys in there knew there stuff hands down and helped my wife and I find new vapes and flavors that we actually liked thanks so much for helping and having the knowledge that you do.

Friendly staff. Clean set up. Absolute best shop in the country, seriously. Better than CA, TX, WA, MD, VA... the list goes on. Currently in Germany, and just for advice, I still call them, and they are super helpful.

The guy who helped us was super helpful. We didn't know exactly what we wanted. And he literally sat on the ground telling us which ones were good, or which ones he wasn't a fan of! He may have been cussing us when we left, but very friendly! LoL

I have yet to meet one employee here who wasn't down to earth and so very helpful. And they have an amazing selection of merchandise!

Went into the shop trying to find an alternative to smoking cigarettes and something that would help me quit. Hannah was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered a lot of questions and explained the differences between mods and juices, and helped me find the best fit. She helped me set up my mod, too. I very much appreciate all the help that she gave and will be returning for any vape needs I have. Thanks again, Hannah!

This place is getting a 5 because im new to vaping to get off dip. And I honestly really enjoy the helpful, knowledgeable and professional service. Not once have i felt pressured to buy higher end models and received good honest insight. Ive talked to different employees on separate occasions and they are doing something right here. I have yet to bother with the other store that is closer with how good they do things at this place.

WONDERFUL SERVICE. The manager Solo is always polite and able to answer any questions that I have.

Adam was able to give me full juice profiles and point me in the right direction for my taste.
