Always great deals here!! They note have appliances!! Saw a few refrigerators, and I believe a freezer. Lots of clothes, shoes, light fixtures, kitchen items, pots, pans, coffee and everything is totally organized. There’s even canned food, and pet food! The staff I’d friendly, and clean restroom, always a plus!

Heroic sells Costco products that get returned or did not sell. The prices are mutch cheaper but you only goet 14 days to return with a receipt. The stores are much smaller, but i still love the deals there.

Our daughter researched and found the perfect COSTCO sofa set at the Sacramento (Wilbur Way) location!
Brian B., the Furniture manager, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and assisted us for 10 minutes 😉 He made a good sale, as well as making our daughter truly happy! We appreciate his excellent customer service and the Store Manager's helpfulness 😏 We will be back soon. . .Happy Holidays!!

I have to say that at this location they have the best service good attitudes from the employees and really go out of their way to help. Amy was amazing and gave me the best service and never made me feel like a burden. She was so sweet and made me realize that this is the only shop heroic I want to shop at.

Overall I would say the store is affordable for whatever you are looking for. They have a variety of different things whatever your looking for you would mostly found it at heroic store to affordable and cheap jackets for this cold weather and leggings and food. Overall it’s amazing. I love buying sparkling water for there each bottle is 69 cents and I get a variety of sparkling water hints water and pay less than 10 with 2 full bags of waters.

Amy is awesome. She answered the phone and answered all of my questions. It made me want to go to the store to look at the couches. Amy went above and beyond. Amy is awesome. I will definitely come back to shop.

In a nutshell this store is basically returns from other retailers. I’ve seen Costco, target and I believe some things from Walmart. I’ve noticed they started carrying great value water about $1 cheaper than Walmart. It’s kinda chilly in there being that’s it’s in a warehouse. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My friend got a great deal on some furniture for his man cave. Definitely would recommend

Great deals here. A lot of them are open box or returns from big box stores like Costco and Walmart. You'll find boxes with 26 cereal bars bars instead of 30. Lots of clothes and furniture at really good prices.

I love these Shop Heroic stores. You never know what you’re going to find. It’s like a buried treasure hunt without the digging :)

Great place to shop. Staff has always been attentive and helpful with questions. I just purchased furniture and they packaged everything back up for me to transport.

They elk grove Heroic is the best. I have bought a couch set, a outdoor dining set and much more. This is my first go to shop before anywhere else.

I go often, the prices are discounted for household goods on just about everything. The store is clean and the sales clerks are friendly. Lots of bargains here.

I visit this store 3 or 2 times a week and always get great customer service from all the employees, management it's really great Donna and Mona really execute great service with customers. I feel really happy to shop in this place!!.

We found a lot of good stuffs here half price or cheaper. Furniture is final sale, must check before buy.
