Double Ds Hot tubs, Pools, and more

Donnie is fantastic! I had such a hard time finding someone who would come out and look at my MasterSpas hot tub that would not power on. The first thing that stuck out to me, he answered the phone. I know this may seem silly, but I can’t tell you how many people I left voicemails for during business hours. Second, he was very prompt at giving me a day and small time window for when he would come check things out. Once he arrived, he was thorough and explained what the issue was. He gave me a few options along with pricing and was not pushy on making a decision. About a week after he ordered the parts, he was out and fixed my hot tub. He followed up about a week later to make sure everything was okay. Pricing seemed to be on par.

We purchased a Nordic Jubilee LS from Double D’s about a month ago and couldn’t be happier. Donnie was friendly, easy to communicate with, and answered all our many questions. We got the exact tub we wanted with no high pressure sales tactics and add on products we didn’t want. Hopefully we don’t have to call for warranty or service but if I do I have confidence he will stand behind the product and get it taken care of. If you’re shopping for a Nordic tub buy it from Double D’s and in my opinion get the northern lights package

We bought a shed and had a great experience. Easy to talk to and made the process easier than expected. Delivery went really smooth, leveled it and made sure it was were we wanted it.

Excellent service. Always fast and knowledgeable with very reasonable prices compared to other places I’ve used. He is very responsive and will even answer texts after hours. I have recommended him to two friends who needed hot tub repair.

Great People, Great work

Worst repair job ever. He came to fix my hot tub screen and It looks worse than when he started. It’s loose in there (not even sealed in) and there’s gaping cracks around it.
