They are personal, friendly, and customer oriented. Very helpful making sure you get the right part you need, and very competitive pricing... Better than most online options in most cases. Can't beat their customer service!

I am not comfortable with doing my own electric and went to this store for some help. I was a little intimated when i entered the building the order desk is right inside of the door. It looks like it might be set up for electronical engineers or contractors and not for the general public. I was extremely pleased with the staff here they're very experienced and very helpful. I highly recommend this shop for the hard questions that the box stores cant answer. I will be a repeat customer.
