The Home Depot

This is a well stocked and clean Home Depot. We were able to find what we were looking for easily. This Home Depot is also conveniently located near two major highways and has plenty of parking.

Overall a this was a great experience and would go back again if I'm in the area.

I wanted to rent a log splitter and the Home Depot made the process very easy to do. I was able to check availability online, call to confirm, and pick up easily. The log splitter itself was in great condition and worked flawlessly so I was able to get two cords of wood split in just a few hours. Back next year...

Was there at night, needed blinds cut to size. Waited over 30 mins for help. But have to say, when we finally got someone, they were personable and helpful and apologized for the wait...not much staff at night

I usually shop at another hardware/home store that's closer to my house but I came to this Home Depot because I needed to rent a chainsaw. I called in advance to check on availability and spoke with an associate who answered the phone in probably the most professional AND upbeat manner I have heard out of customer service in a LONG time. He was helpful and I responded to the store about an hour later and watched in awe as he handled a busy rental morning with a smile on his face for each customer. Liza returned to rental area to help him and she was wonderful, as well. Both were friendly and helpful and honestly, that's a rare commodity in customer service anymore (especially in a chain store). The chainsaw I got was in great shape and but they also gave me gas, oil, and all the safety equipment, which I did not expect. If you need to rent tools, I highly recommend Home Depot and definitely see Day and Liza! If their other associates are just as great, management is doing a great job.

Got some keys made, the young guy name was Ben very nice and great attitude nothing was a problem.

Various nice, intelligent staff members approached me with valuable help even though I was clearly in a bad mood. They had great attitudes, were not in a rush, and supplied me with valuable information. One of them was Josh and the others were women in the Nursery section. Normally I don't like to go to hardware stores because of the stress, but I will return to this one.

I like how clean and organized this location is. It is also never busy if you ask me. I always find what I need.

I’d like to thank Victor, Pat and Darius of the Glen Mills Home Depot! These men helped insure we were completely satisfied with the lumber we purchased for our fence! They helped us load it on our trailer and we’re exceptionally accommodating with our requests!

They had exactly what we needed for a project for our business. The staff is knowledgeable and quite helpful. For example, they even suggested a tool for our project that we wouldn't have thought of. It turned out to be the perfect solution. Great job.

We go to this location frequently. We recently had some carpets replaced and the carpet department employees were very helpful!

At this particular Home depot Everyone asked if I needed help when I looked confused, the people are so nice and helpful in this particular store. Will be going back. Customer service was great

This Home Depot hires better workers than other Home Depot's. This Depot is better all around. They even put out a cooler of cold waters on hot days infront of the loading zone.
Friendlier, more helpful staff makes for a better shopper experience.

This is one of my favorites Home Depot’s. It’s well stocked, very well kept and clean, has tons of parking, and the employees are great. It does get busy, but I love coming here for all the diy project related things.

Wow what a nice clean store. The service was much better than I am used to with Home Depot. The staff was very informative and helpful. No line no wait. This was a great experience overall. I wish other Home Depot's were run this way. That would keep from choosing Lowes 1st.
