This is my new “GO-TO” Home Depot as I’m fed up with the Pinecrest store which is cluttered with displays, has bad balances and is very dusty & dirty. This store is well organized, well stocked, easy to park, and has unopened new stock. I needed a shop vac and they had brand new unopened stock as opposed to the other store. The manager here was helpful & friendly.

I would like to recognize Ms. Sandra Martinez, a kitchen designer at your Deerwood, Miami, Florida, store (#6976 location). I have always appreciated the services provided by the Home Depot stores, however, as a first time homeowner beginning a home renovation, I truly came to understand the depth of services that Home Depot provides.
This past summer (June 2022) I walked into the Deerwood store totally overwhelmed with the task I was about to undertake. I approached Ms. Martinez and inquired about the type of services Home Depot offered regarding home renovations. Immediately she invited me to sit down and she patiently listened to my questions/needs. From that moment on, Ms. Martinez, was always there to provide suggestions, advice and guidance through my renovation needs. There was no question too small or too big that Ms. Martinez wasn’t available to answer. Whether it was in person, via phone or email, she was always prompt in replying. She listened carefully and because of her understanding of my specific needs and style, her suggestions in design/function were “spot on”! With Ms. Martinez’s guidance with flooring, appliance/hardware selections; bathroom and kitchen design/layouts; cabinetry/countertop selections, my home is a masterpiece!!
Home renovation is typically a long, frustrating, grueling experience but, because of Ms. Martinez, my renovation was a happy, exciting experience and was completed on schedule.
I am forever grateful for meeting Ms. Martinez and having her expertise, honesty, knowledge and generosity of time in helping me through my renovation. As a result, I am a very happy, extremely satisfied, forever loyal Home Depot customer!

Everything was very organized, which we are not used to, and it is such a relief to find what you need.

Like most Home Depot locations, this place is large. The wide aisles make for easy navigation through the store whilst looking for your items. There is plenty of parking spaces so even during the busiest times you have a spot. The store is generally clean. The staff is courteous and willing to help. When I have had the need, I found the bathroom to be clean and properly stocked.

This Home Depot has the best employees and managers. Highly recommend for you to come here for any purchases. Their employee Katherine, is very sweet and kind and was able to help me out with an issue I had at the store. She was very professional and easy to speak to and made my situation a lot better and I was able to leave the store in good spirits. Thank you to you and all your staff as well .

This being the Home Depot of our choice since we moved down to Deerwood, everybody is friendly staff here has been long time we get the same person to do our keys from time to time we don't have to meet new people and when we do, the new people are about as pleasant as the people we have known for years. We leave relatively close, so whenever we need to do a renovation this Home Depot is the trip of the day sometimes 3 or 4 times but always have everything that we need for our renovations.
I definitely recommend this Home Depot, they treat you like family

Edit: We still shop at this home depot years after my original review. This store still cleaned any the employees are still friendly.

This is a HUGE Home Depot that had everything. By saying everything, this place had more selections that your typical Home Depot. The reason that I went there is because I needed a very tall ladder and not only did they have what I was looking for, the had a huge selection. I ended up buying more stuff, as I only saw in that store. It was worth the drive!
Update - January 2022 - This place has more stock than other Home Depots. Lately I find my self going to 2 - 3 Home Depots to find what I need and many times I don't find everything all together. I came to this Home Depot to find items that I couldn't get at other Home Depots, and I found everything that I was looking for. What I noticed is that there was not enough help around AND the checkout was very slow as there was not enough registers.

Best Home Depot! Best Customer Service ever!
They are always smiling and with a disposition to help. I drive long distance to come here because I don't like the one in US1. Here I always find a person who knows exactly what I'm looking for. Also I had to solve an issue with my credit card and the girl was with me like all the time it was necessary until the issue it was solved. Very smart! very well prepared. Her name is Mileykis.
