Port Royal Shell has been pretty consistent recently. The pumps and the area outside always seems like it gets attention, great job on that, nothing is worst than seeing overfill trash cans. Inside, you can tell Noone is a fan of cleaning the restrooms ( men's atleast). Store floors always look swept and mopped. And I saved the best part for last....great job on keeping the same crew. It's been very consistent and it's great to always see the same smiling face instead of a new one behind the counter every day! Keep up the great work at this location!!! 👏

Great place to stop when you need to clean up a kid who was car sick.

Awesome little store. Fantastic customer service, and everyone is clean and organized. Coffee and assorted food made there is delicious. The hash browns are like drugs. Also, shootout to the greeter lady, who's name I can't remember. :(

My husband stops in every morning to get his cup of coffee with 2 shots of expresso. I do stop in mid afternoon once to twice a week.

Everyone that walks through your doors are greeted with a smile and a “good morning/afternoon“. They take great pride in their job, they make pleasant conversation and I’ve never felt rushed, no matter how many customers are waiting in line.
You have priceless employees that shine and know how to make each person feel welcome, and they are there to oversee we are well taken care of.
It is so hard to find exceptional employees now a days. I do hope they are recognized in all they do, as they are the faces of your store.

I am new to the area and was driving to the GM plant and saw the sign for a Shell Gas Station after turning off of I-65 towards Spring Hill, TN. I decided to stop at the Shell station and get a cup of coffee. I have been in many, many gas stations that offer coffee and donuts. NEVER have I run across the excellent set up this place has. It was very clean. Not only did they have the standard amenities for coffee, they had a refrigerated area set into the counter top that had what 99.9% of gas station coffee services do not. They had real milk and real cream and not only whole milk but 1% and 2%. You could tell by looking at the containers the milk was fresh and not old. If I had a dime every time I put warm French Vanilla in my coffee and got the after taste that was half rotten...yuck! Well, not here. Then came the icing on the cake. That is cake donuts with chocolate icing and cinnamon cake donuts. I have NEVER seen cake donuts at a gas station. The donut display at this Shell is twice the size of most and it has a better variety that Dunkin Donuts. They make the donuts there and it is obvious because they are great! Thanks to Angela and Michelle for chocolate frosting on a cake donut as good as any and better than all other gas stations. Who cares about the gas, give me the coffee and donuts Angela and Michelle and this staff turns out and I will walk!

Always clean, well organized, and the staff always provides outstanding and friendly customer service, in both the evenings and especially in the mornings. Highly recommend!

This place is always impeccably clean. The staff are friendly. The shelves and coolers are always well stocked. This is my favorite gas station when I'm in the area.
