Showed up with a painting and no knowledge of anything else. Scott helped us out from the second we walked in. Presented us with different options and we came to a conclusion that worked out the best.

The service here is great! I drive down from Sacramento whenever I need packing supplies because while there are other places to buy a box, The Box Store has the best selection and helpful staff. I had 2 odd shaped gifts to wrap and they helped me find the perfect boxes to hold them.

The store is stocked with a great variety of sizes of boxes for shipping and packing. The owner will make custom boxes and always informs customers of the best way to pack &ship their items. It is a family owned business that has served this community for many years. The owner has always been helpful and welcoming.

I do not ship a lot, but I just started selling some stuff online. I needed help finding a big box, and to ship it out. I was helped by a clerk jessy . He found and sold me the box and gave me a shipping quote. I came back after I packed it at home. I really like how I was able to see all the different shipping options. kinda pricey, but really great service

The guy there was very patient with me and helped me how I can save money by buying just the right amount and proper sizes for my unique invitations I needed to mail.
