AT&T Store

I absolutely love the great customer service this location offers. I specifically had a great experience with Amanda. Such a sweet young lady with top of the line knowledge about her products. That makes any customer comfortable about making purchases and asking questions. I would absolutely recommend this location if you have questions or just looking for service.

I just want to thank the ladies at the AT&T store in Giddings Amanda and Desiree for making the switch in phone services as smooth as possible. It was so fast and smooth I couldn’t believe it. The best experience I’ve had with a phone service or any service provider that I can remember. Thank you ladies very much!

Barbie helped make getting a new S20, the last time I got a phone, the guy was a douchebag but today was painless! If her manager reads this, this girl should get a raise!

My husband and I are not really Tech-savvy. Kaitlyn really helped us get our bill paid and she was also able to research my husband getting another phone. I have been at the store in Giddings many times and Kaitlyn has by far been the best customer service representative I have encountered. Thumbs up for her personality and energy and knowledge about the products and promotions.

Went into the store trying to figure out a way to switch and mostly everyone was fantasic. Theo and marlena were so very helpful. They got us up in running with our best options so quickly. My only issue was one of the other girls working who was overly enthusiastic and kept cutting us and theo off while we were speaking to try to push other irrelevant products. Her friendliness came off as aggressive and pushy. But the rest of everyone were amazing and we cant wait to continue business with them

Went into the local AT&T store in Giddings with a problem regarding my iPhone 7, it kept powering down randomly. We discussed options with Theodore and agreed it was time for an upgrade. It all went very smoothly! Had a slight issue transferring my photos because of the quantity of them. Theodore supplied me with a work-around using Google Photos…good to go! Excellent experience for me that day! Thanks

Moises was so prompt and knowledgeable knowing what my phone needed! With a few clicks and an upgraded SIM card, I was back in business. Go see Moises with the good hair - he’ll hook you up 🏆

Fantastic AT&T store! Ask for Theo. Is is exceedingly helpful. He was concerned about my interests and needs. He saved me money while been loyal to the store he represents. My iPhone XS Max had died. I have two lines, and instead of just selling me a phone, he proposed I get two lines in a new one, trade in the good old XR, and I was ahead with my money. He made me save and I got all I need. I did not even know that since IPhone 11 you could have two lines in one! He also is a problem solver and put his heart and then something to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you Theo!! You are precious!!

I'm not ordinarily fond of visiting an ATT store but this one is different. Wonderful customer service, I was seen by a Representative within 5 minutes of entering the store, and the rep was knowledgeable, friendly and fast! There is no preferential treatment given here, like I've seen in the Bastrop location. Nice environment, too. This will be my GO-TO store from now on

I have always had such a great experience with AT&T. However, this store takes it above and beyond. They were beyond busy and still had the time to greet each and every customer when they walked in. The management team should be proud of this group of employees. I will recommend this store to everyone I know.

Phone wouldn’t charge. Went to the ATT store for help. Katelyn didn’t waste any time. She identified the problem and repaired my phone right away. Highly recommend this store. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very convenient location in the middle of nowhere. I stopped on my way to austin coming from Houston, and it was a quite big store with great customer service, and the store is basically for you! No waits, no struggle, easy parking. Next time I need to stop by a store I will try to cordinated with a road trip that take me through this place.
