Adrian is great he found me a great deal for a new phone i was able to get a brand new phone with an awesome bundle i was able to keep my same number he has great customer service skills i was having a horrible day until i came into his store. He has an awesome personality and is extremely friendly. Thanks Adrian for awesome customer service!!!

San Antonio is thumbs down in customer service but Adrian is AWESOME. He really takes the time to compare the devices and options you have. And not to mention the bundle deals that he offers.

This was the best service I've ever received obtaining a phone! Ma customer service representative Jessica was awesome and very fluid! She was able to get ma line activated whilst helping other customers and her coworker and never forgetting a task! If you want good reliable service and support come here!

Saw an ad on face book went into metro because i needed a new phone asap, & Adrian was very helpful got me a new phone with a great deal. His customer service was A1 i really liked having him help me. Definitely coming back when i need another.

Adrian was amazing! He was very informative and efficient. He made purchasing a phone seamless. He also educated me about "breaking up with Sprint" and converting to Metro PCS. I've been a customer of Sprint since 2001 and I'm convinced! I'm referring everyone to Adrian because his service is exceptional.

I had such a great experience at this location. They had the best customer service, which is one of the main reasons why I switched to Metro PCS. Malik was very knowledgeable about their products as well. He even transferred over all of my contacts for me. Life saver!!! I definitely would recommend this location and carrier.

Good customer service. I would recommend anybody to go to these guys, very helpful & good people.. I went to other metro stores & experience bad services, all I needed was help on why I couldn't get pic or send out picture messages... & with Adrian & his services he didn't have no problem & help me! & the problem on my phone was my settings.... So if I got anything to say! I had experience good services here!!!!

Upon arrival I was on tears. I was from out of town on medical issues w no way to get contact w providers. Marie was calm, introduce herself and walked me thru the process. I had to come back several times due to having to get loaner phone and Noni walked me and Marie they it w professionalism. Today I came to finalize everything and once again they were prompt, couetous and understanding to my situation. Thank you girls for easing my mind. You are my heroes! I recommend them to the not so smart about technology people!

Adrian offered me the best customer service I have ever received at Metro. I stopped by the Rittiman store today to see about a phone for my daughter.I walked away with a new phone, case, a portable bluetooth speaker and bluetooth headset. He was patient and courteous and I can't wait to come back and do more business wuth him!

Saw an add on fb posted by Adrian. Came into this location and he convinced us to switch in from Cricket. Best decision I've ever made. Loving my 4 new lg stylos and my monthly prices. I bought a HTC desire phone that was messing up, to the point I couldn't even see the screen to make a call . Adrian was the sales representative who helped me , he was awesome from when I told him of the problem from start to finish. He helped me by contacting the manufacturer and getting me a replacement phone. I've dealt with rude and disrespectful people before at other Metro's but I can say Adrian was a true professional I left the store with no contentment towards metro-pcs of even the manufacturer. If you need a phone and don't want to be treated like a number go see Adrian.

Adrian, Monica and Jessica were AMAZING, they had exactly what I was looking for and gave me sensational service! Monica especially went above and beyond to find me a stylish and functional case for my new phone.

I had went into another location to try and get help with my phone that I had dropped into water but they insisted on me buying a new phone. Didn't want to help me any other way. Came to this Rittiman location and Jessica who helped me was very friendly she explained to me in detail about my eligibility to upgrade and got me into my new device. Even had the patience to walk me through it step by step to teach me how to use it. That's customerservice that you can't get anywhere else especially being an old lady like I am. This location will be my number one spot from here on out and Jessica we'll be who I deal with.

Got a lot of help thanks to my boy Adrian , he hooked me up , helped me port over from Boost Mobile , gave me a great deal on some headphones , a free phone and when I added another line gave me another free phone !!! Ya service was nice and fast. Lady who helped my girlfriend and I was polite and quick and also explained things to other customers, while helping us, in a way that didn't hinder her ability to help us.
