Save A Lot

Good prices but a lot of the stuff isn't really health for you. But it is a great way to stock up on Frozen stuff and the like. Also it was a very quick checkout and I like that they charge you extra for bags so make sure you bring your own. Good for them!

Employees are always helpful and courteous. Fresh fruit and veggies. Meats are nice, but prices really went up. It's my go-to store.

This was my first time in this store and it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely shop there again. The young man that was working there was very sweet and helpful and deserves a raise ☺

Summer is one of the cashiers working Thanksgiving this year, absolute lifesaver, and an absolute joy to be around. Normally, I would be understanding if a cashier working on Thanksgiving was a little bit grumpy, but she was nothing but cheerful and helpful, and even helped me find items that I couldn’t find myself by radioing on the intercom. Personally, as a business owner myself summer is exactly the type of employee I would want and wish to have year round 24/7 I think she’s fantastic at her job and would be absolutely enthralled with being promoted so use this five star review as an excuse to do so, have a happy Thanksgiving summer and the rest of the “save alot” team you guys have really saved my butt

We mostly went in so my sister could see how they compared with the places we already shopped.

The store was clean and had a good variety of everyday foods. She purchased a few items from brands she didn't know before we headed for home.

Save-A-Lot? More like Like-A-Lot! I am a frequent customer here. I go regularly to buy milk, eggs and water. All excellent quality and prices. You're missing out if you go anywhere else for these items. I usually pick up their store brand potato chips and ice cream -if it's in stock, it sells out fast. I'll usually stock up on meat. They usually have great prices on beef.

Now, I'm not saying this is a full service place with specialty items and departments. Variety is limited by design and I don't shop their fruit and vegetables. Even with those limitations SAL provides me with the majority of my pantry at a friendly price. A job well done!

While we're on the subject let me give a shout out to the hard working people here. They're expected to do several assignments around the store- managers included. They do a great job and I'm sure they're not paid a king's ransom. Thanks guys!

Another thing I like is the Amazon Locker in the front of the store. In fact, that's how I found this place in the beginning. I order from Amazon and it's so convenient to get my package and pick up a few things.

The store was clean and extremely organized. I went because I had received coupons and even picked up a few things that weren't on my list! Great fruit and vegetables.

They really do have great prices. If they have what you looking for its cheaper than anywhere else and it's good stuff. The people are nice too. They deserve a smile.

Clean store, friendly staff and great prices! GREAT FINDS! Picked up T-bone steaks 2/package $12. 5lbs of ground beef good quality $16.99 I made into burgers.

Linda that works the night shift is and was the only reason why me and my fiance had a very nice Valentine's night! We had our groceries stolen after we leave Save A Lot and went to the Dollar Tree and was made to leave our groceries at the register and was only in the store 4mins total.

This store has done a complete turn around, it went from bare, to bold. The reset made a big difference, fresh cut meat with one of the nicest most helpful butchers, a great friendly staff who are very helpful, and the store is very neat and clean.

Things have changed a lot since covid-19 but they still have a lot of the affordable Goods that someone on a fixed income like myself likes to shop for.

Save a lot in Dunedin was great. Had been to two other sav a lot stores and left bcuz they didn't habe what I wamted. Seems some of the sav a lots just don't stock enough of sale items,Clearwater/ largo rd store and Cleaveland Ave stores always seem to be out of sale items,hmmmm,strange???? 5 stars is for Dunedin, 1 star Clearwater,2 star Cleaveland

My favorite grocery store great meat, produce, etc

One of my favorite stores close to my home. Generally have decent produce and a decent selection. I like the lower cost of most foods in there but it still says to price compare. The store is clean and all of the cashiers are generally in a great mood. They have a good location and that is super convenient. Will continue to shop here.

The employees in this store are always upbeat and helpful. They are always busy stocking and making the store great.

One of the cleanest Sav a Lots I've ever seen was impressed. Marie Calenders Pot Pie 🥧 at impressive prices!!

We absolutely love this place! Excellent staff and service. We always kinda giggle and laugh as we are leaving with a cart full of groceries... why you might ask? Because the prices are so insanely low that it actually makes no sense. Many of their brands and items are the same as whole foods and natures food patch... only about 1/4 the price!!! Yes, we still go to many other grocery stores as well for certain items, but the price and service here is seriously great for many staple items to keep yearly grocery budget down.
