I have yet to had a bad experience with their customer service. Always pleasant and helpful. Recommending what would be in the best interest of the client. Love perusing the shelves for new finds.

The newest young lady tall, she is VERY enthusiastic with her customer service, almost makes you smile right along with her! Could tell she was eager to learn everything possible. But she turns it on and off just like that. Good customer service then, boom back to work!

The female supervisors, ehhh, they are okay. But when in line after watching their interactions with other customers, you pray you get a regular employee to help you instead. The blonde supervisor has gotten better with her customer relations, she kind of smiles now. Supervisor with the long brown hair, almost like a robot...smile, items, scan, hello, thank you, not at this time, beep boop, goodbye.

Seems like all the Gamestops are unique in what they carry as far as accessories and toys. This location had a great selection on all of that. Store was clean and employees were nice.
