CVS Pharmacy

I have been going to CVS at 12031 Brookhurst St. Garden Grove for a long time.
I would recommend this CVS to all my family members and friends.

My Aunt unexpectedly needed to go to Urgent Care. Then we had to pick up the prescription at CVS around 11:45pm. Anthony was working all by himself with an array of customers to assist. He informed me it would be about an hour wait. It actually ended up being about 40 minutes. I waited in the car and read. When I came back inside Anthony was LITERALLY running around and rushing like a Starbucks barista during happy hour. I really value how much he was hustling to meet the pharmacy orders. He could have taken his time, but the effort he took was much appreciated. Give this guy a raise!

I always go to the pharmacy and they have good customer service. The rest of the store is okay sometimes things are overpriced compared to other stores.

This is for CVS pharmacy, i don't have a complain and my best pharmacy support is ANNA during the daytime, but at night is Anthony. I have been a customer from CVS from years and CVS Caremark is my provided. Thank You ANNA for all your help over the years.

CVS has a great team for service.

Review as of 10/13/19 regarding flu shots: very positive experience! Busy pharmacy but we were able to call ahead of time for flu shots, give our insurance information over the phone, walk in a few minutes later, sign a form, get our shots, and leave - all in less than 30 minutes! Friendly and speedy staff. This is a real 24/7 pharmacy (apparently they only close for a lunch break during the night shift). Flu shots are given out only until 10 PM or so, however. Very convenient for people who work normal business hours and can't make it to pharmacies that close at 5 or 6 PM - we came here for that reason. :)

I think cvs is much more efficient with refills employee's are more polite and respectful the drive thru is much more faster than Walgreens. CVS is less likely to run out of pain medication also faster at getting more in stock. I was with Walgreens for over 20 years and I am so glad I decided to take a chance by leaving Walgreens because I haven't regreated it since. CVS is best !!!

the courtesy and the professionalism of the customer service at the Pharmacy are so excellent there is no word can add....So perfect !

This CVS is my favorite because of the staff. Great people. They are assets for the store.
