I highly recommend this Verizon store. The service was excellent. Went into get a replacement phone and throughout the process they were friendly, helpful, and ended up saving me money. Really great experience.

Stopped in today to check if I was overpaying for my Verizon wireless. I walked out with a new plan and a substantial lower monthly fee. The gentleman who helped us was extremely helpful and most important very knowledgeable.

Justin worked hard to help me out switching over to Verizon. Very knowledgeable young man, polite, happy to help and willing to go back at a problem the next day. In the end Ashe said the service came to life later, it just took some time. Would go back there any day to ask him questions and to but from him.

Very good! Ali was friendly, helpful, & informative. Showed how to save money by adjusting existing plan. Smaller Verizon shop. Usually not too busy. Although parking lot can be a bit challenging. Careful making your way.

Great store! I’ve had contact with three different professionals over the last couple of years and they have all been great. They always look for the most price-effective plan, explain terms and conditions thoroughly, and take the time to be sure you u sweat and what they are offering and what you are committing to do. They care about their customers, and it shows.

This store rocks. I can’t say enough about their customer service. They assessed our needs and got us the right phone at the right price. We happened to be there when it slowed down and both associates assisted in getting things transferred. It was my best Verizon experience ever. As a testament to their amazing service, while we were there a nasty entitled Brambletonian came in and was less than easy to work with. The staff never showed a sign of impatience or frustration. Totally professional. Highly recommend stopping by this store.

My old iPhone died yesterday..white screen of death...couldn’t update or restore it. Mohammed was so patient and friendly with the process. I wasn’t able to trade it in without making an appointment at the Apple Store to get Find My iPhone disabled, so Mohammed and his manager helped me get the very best price possible without a trade in. It’s so nice to have this convenience and quality customer service right here in the neighborhood!

I came into this location with questions regarding my phone plan. I was not content with having 2GB for data monthly. Thankfully, Mr. Okan was there to help me out and encouraged me to upgrade my phone plan to unlimited data. He was very knowledgeable and showed great customer service towards everyone that was there including me. I was amazed! Will definitely return to this location for any other issues or questions. Customer service was great! I came to buy an iPhone X and they set up my phone for me. Staff was very knowledgeable and taught me how to use the ins and outs of my new iPhone X. Will definitely stick to Verizon and buy my next phone here.

I went into this store looking for a new iPhone but was not sure which one was the best version to get. Mr. Okan gave me detailed information on the products and answered all my questions. Never have I ever received such amazing customer service. I went in having an issue with my phone and the lovely yong man behind the counter took his time and was able to resolve my issue. Hands down the best time I have ever had at a verizon store. Great location and wonderful employees. Ask for Okan, he was the employee that made the difference and took the extra step to solve my phone issues. Wouldn't go to anywhere else!

There was no wait time at all. I walked into the store and I got immediate service. Even when I was confused they were with me until the end. The staff members are very kind and caring . Mr.Oakan and Justin Williams were very helpful. Verizon has cheaper and more effecient plans
