Festival foods off west mason, green Bay WI. Fresh foods associate, BEST SERVICE of my LIFE! Young kid helped me out and went so far above and beyond it was unreal! I went from die hard Walmart shopper to Festival off west mason for life! This kid deserves to b well known for his service and attn to detail. I don't know his name but I'm sure if u go there to fresh foods u will find out for yourself guaranteed! I hope his parents see this and r very proud cause he deserves the praise and then some

After a long hard day today, I stopped to get just a couple things at festival Green Bay East. They are out of the bread I wanted, but it was late in the day. I got home to find my wallet and phone missing. I called them up to see if it was there and a nice man named Alan checked a couple times looking for it and went the extra mile. He was very professional in the procedures when I went to pick it up. And he was nice enough to walk me to my car because it was late and dark. Thank you Alan for being so courteous! I was very relieved.

I have always shopped your store for meats, but not a big fan of the new packaging for steaks. Will be buying my meat elsewhere from now on.

I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred at your establishment, Festival Foods, this morning at store #2705 in Kenosha with Darlene she was on register 13

This morning , I encountered an exceptionally disappointing level of customer service from one of your cashiers, Darlene who was handling register number 13. The interaction I had with her was nothing short of disheartening, leaving me feeling utterly humiliated.

I believe it is important to address such incidents promptly in order to maintain the reputation and integrity of your company. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the situation or circumstances. Unfortunately, my experience at Festival Foods fell far short of these expectations.

I understand that occasional mishaps occur, as customer service can be challenging. However, the way in which Darlene handled herself and interacted with me was completely unacceptable. Her behavior was disrespectful, dismissive, and lacking any form of empathy. I was left feeling demeaned and utterly disregarded as a customer.

It is greatly disheartening to recount this experience, as I have been a loyal patron of Festival Foods for a significant period of time. Nevertheless, this incident has left me with no choice but to reconsider my future patronage. I firmly believe that no customer should be subjected to such treatment, and I implore you to take immediate action in order to rectify this situation.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate measures to ensure that incidents of this nature do not recur in the future. It is crucial that your staff receive the necessary training and guidance to provide exceptional customer service at all times.

In closing, I genuinely hope that my feedback will be taken seriously, and the necessary steps will be taken to address this issue. I believe in the potential of Festival Foods to rectify this situation and restore my faith in your establishment. However, should no action be taken, I regretfully inform you that I will be forced to take my business elsewhere.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Bought the hot ham special on 9/26/2021, the ham was very good, but I had to go back to the bakery to receive the "free hard rolls", which is no problem, got home to find out the rolls were supposed to be used by 9/26/2021 and the next day mold started to form on the rolls. Sad with quality control. I've been avoiding going to Festival Foods for a long time do to their prices, but I gave them a chance.

Ok, what a cf the Wausau location has some serious issues. 1 of 2 freezers was having repairs done, I just wanted some ice cream, none to be had, even though this is in weekly ad. The freezers end caps was filled with 5 different brands of pizza,! The pizza freezer is still operating! Some shelves needed stocking though. So I ask manager if I could get some of the ice cream in the weekly ad, an associate I showed a picture of the ad, he went In back 10 min later with wrong item, when I asked for ice cream you’d think Imwas asking for ghe golden goose. This festival foods store is lacking management, oh the manager left by 2:30 pm , and employees are clueless in what is in weekly ad. Poor rating

It was extremely disappointing to see 4 people walking the aisles at the University Avenue store without masks. I brought this to the attention on a manager. She said they were aware of it and were trying to do something about it. It was then very disappointing to come home and have my wife tell me several friends mentioned on Facebook that the west side Festival had MANY people in the store without masks. Unfortunately, Festival needs to do a better job enforcing the mask requirement. Festival shouldn’t have to do that, but it is obvious we live in a community where the Coronavirus threat is not taken seriously by a small number of people. If Festival doesn’t come up with a better mechanism to enforce face masks, any one shopping there is at risk. Festival, please take this seriously. Right now, that doesn’t appear to be the case

Disappointed in the Sheboygan store with frequent findings of expired food. From cream cheese to walnuts. Would give it negative stars if I could. It has been a recurring issue in the dairy section with finding expired milk too.
