AT&T Store

I was able to get the phone I wanted thanks to the GM Tony at 3236 Red Lion road. He went over and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I can't thank him enough for the effort and care that he put into my visit there. After countless calls to stores all over the city including New Jersey no one had the phone I wanted but he didn't let that stop him. He finally ended up locating another store outside the city that did have it. Tony then made the arrangements to go there himself and brought it back to the store for me the same day. He also stayed on the phone with First net to handle adding the phone to my account after multiple errors on First Net website kept happening. Tony fixed my bill that was done in error at another location while he was at it. Overall awesome customer service I couldn't have had any better experience than what I received. And might I add he did stay longer after his shift to finish everything.

So thank you Tony for everything! Wish there were more genuine hard working individuals such as yourself in the world. Continue to be awesome.

Went into this store today and dealt with the assistant manager Natalie Bowers. She was a pleasure to deal with and handled my situation in minutes versus the last store I went to , with the exactsame problem and that guy had me there for a half hour and didn't accomplish anything. Worth your time to go visit Natalie at this branch!! She is a breath of fresh air!

Great AT&T Store. Great service. I picked up my new iPhone 11. Its my nearest AT&T store and I walked in and out within 20 minutes. One of the best att stores in Philadelphia I ever have been to.

I have been an AT&T Mobil customer for years. It’s all too often that I have a bad experience with team members (usually over the phone) so today I decided to go into the store. Let me tell you it was a treat! Thank you so much Tony Carraccio for your excellent customer service and your willingness to help me with my issue. The staff at this location is very impressive! From the very moment that I walked in I was greeted with smiles and hospitality. I immediately felt welcomed and all 100 of my questions were answered without any noticeable frustration! The staff is very professional, the environment is very clean and it's an overall great presentation! I HIGHLY recommend them and I couldn't be any happier! Tony was the absolute best! My husband and I have never experienced a more dedicated person who went far over the top! He came in on his day off to resolve an issue! No one in today's world can hold a candle to him. His work ethic and professionalism is impeccable!! I will recommend this store at Academy plaza and ask for Tony!! What a great experience!

I walked into this location and I was greeted by Emily. She gave me excellent service, she even provided water for me when I walked in. I came in for an Upgrade and she was very informative. Thanks to Emily I walked out with the IPhone 12 Pro Max!

Store was very clean and safe with plastic dividers. I came all the way from the cottman area and I will never go to the cottman location again!

Newly opened store with GREAT customer service. I was switching from an Android to an iPhone and the transition was much easier than I expected. Customer Service is a A-plus. All my information was transferred successfully. Clean, organized and bright facility.

I am so glad there is an AT&T store local to my home. I went in Jan 6,2021 to get two new upgrades and the salesman was awesome. He was polite, helpful and very friendly. His name was Imran. He is very knowledgeable as well.

I highly recommend going to this location for all your AT&T needs! After calling 2 other AT&T stores ( one being a corporate store) and getting absolutely no answers or help, and feeling frustrated that employees couldn’t even answer a question about their own business, I decided to call this location at Academy plaza. I new 30 seconds into the call with an Employee named Ziyad that I finally was in the right track. He was extremely knowledgeable. Every question was answered without hesitation. I drove out of my way to this location because I was confident that I was going to have a positive outcome. I upgraded a phone and the owner actually stayed past closing to make sure m my daughters new phone was up and running, even took time to help pick out a case and put on a screen protector for her. I felt bad keeping them late but he insisted we make sure all her apps transferred over and she was all set up. Without a doubt the best customer service I have ever had at an AT&T store and I’ve been with this company since the early 90’s when they were Cingular. Much thanks to Ziyad & the owner for a stress free transaction.

AT&T has great deals for new customers! Just switched from T-Mobile. Employees were very kind and helpful and set my family and l up with brand new phones. Better service and plans are cheaper!!

I was driving by and google for the nearest AT&T store in Philadelphia. As soon I walked in, I was immediately greeted. He was very knowledgeable about the product. I switched over from Sprint and bought 3 iPhones with ATT. Everything went great. New store that just opened in neighborhood.
