I went into this location and was serviced by Nancy . Her customer service was phenomenal . She demonstrated exactly what we need in customer service by providing every Avenue she possibly could to help me get the best available option to me . She was diligent kind empathetic she multi tasked to get customers in and out the store while servicing me. I also noticed to how a customer did not go unnoticed and acknowledged everyone who walked through the door. She even mentioned to me about T-Mobile Tuesday’s .Not only is She advocating for the company she truly cares about what the customer needs.
