Stopped in today to pick up some supplements and Blade Pool the store manager was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the products on his shelf. There was zero pressure to buy, and zero judgment from him definitely five stars deserved.

Well I just went in to check out the facility, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Chris the manager showed me everything and Mariah a trainer introduced herself and was very helpful as well. Needless to say I signed up. They were not pushy when declined the more expensive membership which I appreciated very much. I also met the 2 gentlemen in the Vitamins/supplement section where they went over things that could help jump start this journey. Once again they were not pushy. I had great suggestions and I went with them. Five star service all the way. I felt very comfortable and informed. I am excited for this lifestyle change in my life and with the help of the employees with in the company I feel more confident as well.

Rocks can’t be beat! Wont get better product nor customer service anywhere else! Blade always helpful and won’t try to sell you anything you don’t need/want!

Definitely the best gym I’ve been too. The staff are super welcoming and helpful and I never had a problem getting what I needed from here. The equipment is great and there are plenty of machines and weights to go around. There’s also a supplant shop next door which is really convenient. 10/10 across the board.

Blade was extremely helpful. He set us up on a plan for our weight loss journey. Cant wait to see our progress!

words can't describe what the rock's have in stock and the customer service they have..everyone of the staff were so friendly but the one that stood out was a gentleman named BLADE.....I came into this place a year ago from Nashville Tennessee looking for a place to workout since gold's gym was closed..I walked into this place and it was a truly hard-core gym..I was like a kid in the candy store because of the variety of supplements they had in stock and the equipmentin the place.I went in only needing 1 item but came out with a bag full of supplements...the pricing was very reasonable but Blade had a answer to everything I asked and helped me far and beyond. because no other supplement shop had no clue on what i was trying to accomplish for myself..thank you blade and thank you rock's gym for allowing me to workout those days I was here..a year later I moved back home and was surprised that they all remembered who I was and exact same service..now I am a member of the gym and love there equipment...staff..and supplements store..it's your 1 stop place..so if you are looking for a gym to call home this is the place...
