AT&T Store

I went into the store today to get my sim card transferred from my old phone. Jordan was a big help making sure I was able to not only have my phone set up and ready for use. He also helped me look for my runaway SD card. He even took my number just in case we didn't find it before I left. Thanks to his customer service, I also backed up my info to my cloud. Thanks again Jordan I am good to go!

Samantha displayed expert knowledge on the phone purchased. She is an asset to AT&T.

Vanessa the store manager was absolutely amazing! She was personable, kind, considerate, prompt, and helpful. Good PEOPLE make the difference ! I would definitely go back to this store. They were a great help to my older mom who doesn’t really understand her phone. :-)

Sydney was great! She was patient, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and just wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I could not have asked for better service. I bought a new iPhone. Sydney made it easy, quick and the right choice. :) She answered every question well and patiently.

My visit at the AT&T was a good one and i was helped very fast and with excellent service, Paris i believe was his name seen me and came to help me immediately with kind and friendly service. Milrose was also over seeing his work and making sure i had all the answers to my questions, overall my visit was a good one.

A young woman who I think her name was Hale was amazing; very intelligent and with plenty of product knowledge. She was extremely helpful and patient with my problem with my IPhone 6+ after the latest update. I would definitely never go to any other AT&T store after my experience with her. I highly recommend her for a great customer service experience! 5 stars or more if I could!

This is the only AT&T I come to. The whole staff here is super friendly and cares so much about their customers. The manager Vanessa always is so patient and helpful with me. Everyone is also very knowledgeable about all the products. This is definitely the best phone store I’ve ever been to.

Went in the other day just shopping around for a new iPhone thinking about setting up a new plan the young woman Christina working that day was extremely helpful and definitely knew what she was talking about she helped me to feel very comfortable, buying a new phone is a big purchase and she helped me feel confident the whole way through! I’ll definitely be coming back to get my new phone!

Very friendly and understanding atmosphere. I was having a bad day and these ladies worked with me to transfer from one phone to another phone without losing any information. They were able to guide me on fixing my account aswell.

I just picked up the Samsung s5e tablet from the Northeast store and I will be going back in the future.
