7-Eleven

In my opinion it is the cleanest, most well stocked, most up to date and fancy 7-11 in San Marcos. The little center it is in is popular and has many yummy places to get food at.THIS 7-11 has every coffee machine you’ve ever seen at any 7-11 especially my favorite the Starbucks like machine. I get for just over $2 what Starbucks would charge me $8.00 at least for. Also the clerks I have only seen them be helpful and nice!

Daniel was amazing! We came in having a horrible night and he made it so much better.

Great customer service! Guy next to us in line chimed in as well. Helped me get enrolled in 7-Eleven rewards which I’ve been trying to do for awhile.

I wanted to say that Jesse was my hero today. I was on a bike ride and decided to stop and get a slurpee at 7/11 but right before I got there, I fell on my bike. Jesse was so kind. He gave me 2 bandaids, and peroxide to cover the cuts on my hand and let me use their employee restroom. My knee had to be done at home. I can’t thank him enough.

The bathrooms are now open for customers and non customers. Great new tiny location with valet parking wow. Excellent location actually it has everything a 711 has it's just put together better.

One of the nicest most modern 7/11s I’ve been too. I really wish they would bring back nachos.

Employee Alejandro provided good customer service at midnight, asking if I wanted another milk since the expiration date was close to expiring.

I've been shopping at this 7 Eleven almost everyday since it opened a few months ago. Today, I came in a second time with my kids to buy a slurpee and treats, having stopped by earlier to pick up a fountain drink for myself. While at the store, my three-year old needed to use the bathroom, but the sales clerk told me that the owner didn't want anymore customers using the bathroom and only employees were allowed now. Really? If an owner and their staff can't figure out how to allow a 3 year old use a restroom, I'm no longer going to be interested in supporting such a place. This is one of the worst customer experience I've ever had and no way to treat a child.

I used to love this 7/11 but not anymore. The night employees sleep in their cars, if they are there. A few times no one is around. The employees that sleep in their cars(mainly the guy with the plumbing van) will slowly get out of the car, walk around the building, unlock side door, then unlock the front door. It takes 10-15 minutes for a stop that should take less than 5 minutes. It's ridiculous. I live right down the street but I would rather drive a mile away to the other 7/11.
