AT&T Store

This store was very neat and organized. Gillian help me with all my phone and phone plan needs. She is a wonderful employee and showed great work ethic. She answered all my questions with out hesitation.

I had went in looking for a new phone and found just that with Emily. She helped me get it set up correctly and quickly. Very knowledgeable about what she was doing. Will be going back to this store if I need anything else. Great customer service.

Four times in two days I spent multiple hours at this store. Makayla and Emily Royal went above and beyond to assist in a very complicated situation involving 3 separate accounts. Multiple support calls, reaching out to additional store liaisons, and Emily’s critical thinking resolved every issue. The store was busy on several occasions, and they multitasked to help as many as possible. Emily was EXTREMELY patient and just as thrilled to finally be successful-as much as I was thrilled to have a solution. I could not have asked for better customer service, and have not received service of that quality often.

This was a great store and they were very helpful. Gill was excellent. Will definitely be back!

Amazing service! Earlier today I went to my local AT&T store to get my number ported over from a different carrier. I was rudely told that they could not do that (in reality the individual I was dealing with just simply did not possess the mental faculties to perform this simple request). My wife then called this location and was told that it would not be an issue. We drove over and within a short time my wife and I both had new phones and I got to keep my number. Angel was fantastic, super friendly, very knowledgeable and was willing to answer any and all questions I had. It was hands down one of the best retail experiences I have ever had. If I ever need anything concerning my phone or account I will happily drive right by my local store and head here. Thank you Angel!

Went to this store for the first time as we usually use the ATT store in Bowling Green and I had a great experience! We wanted to upgrade our phones and Angel was very helpful! I felt bad that she seemed to have so many customers and she was there by herself but she handled it very professionally! We will no longer use the stores in Bowling Green as we will use this store in the future.

I highly recommend this location and Angel! We had a bad experience at the Central City location so we called this location to see if they could help us before we drove there. Angel answered and explained she could. She helped us immediately upon arrival. We left happy with 2 brand new iPhone 11 Pros.

The girls at this store are amazing. They helped me get the things I wanted quickly. Would recommend this store.

I have had many negative experiences with ATT over the years ( mostly by telephone ) but today I had a problem that needed to be solved hands on. I went to this store and explained the problem to a young gentleman, within 5 minutes he took care of the problem and had the phone working. Very happy customer today!

Had issues with my phone, Gillian took care of me right away and fixed the issue quickly!

The employees were so helpful and nice! Spent about 2 hours helping me switch from verizon to AT&T. Thank you so much for working so hard to help me keep the phone numbers we already had. Y’all are awesome! If I could give you 10 stars I would. :)
