Brandy Melville

Best Brandy Melville simply based on customer service. I usually don’t have the best shopping experience at other locations, due lack of friendliness and approachability from the associates. Not at this location though, this associate was super welcoming. She was also very helpful and went out of her way to bring a clothing item to my dressing room, that was similar to what I was looking for. More Brandy associates need to have this type of customer service. I will only be shopping at this location from here on out.

I would like to share my shopping experience for the Huntington Beach Brandy Melville location. I was very hesitant to shop in the store based on customer reviews at other Brandy Melville locations. I encouraged both of my teenage daughters to please shop online due to customers complaining about poor customer service at other locations.

However, the Huntington Beach location did not disappoint with amazing customer service. As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by the friendly sales associates. They offered to help us with picking out items and complimented both of my daughters. In addition, they made sure customers had a safe shopping environment by gently reminding customers to please wear a mask while shopping indoors. I’m will definitely visit this location again. Keep up the amazing job.

I love brandy it is one of my favorite stores! They have amazing clothes that fit me really well. But I always have one complaint the workers are usually super snotty and they just look you up and down. but here that is not the case the workers are the nicest people and they are great helpers.

My 12 yr old grandaughter loves this store which is frequented by older girl. A bit crowded in this small store. Clothes stuffed on racks. Didn't seem to have a very large selection to me.
