Country Shop

Laid-back imported pottery shop in Tubac. Should have been closed because it's Monday but the owner stopped in, to our delight. And I don't know why they're closed on Mondays during peak season because people were coming in one after the other. But if they are closed you can drop your money for a purchase into a lock box - honor system still works here. We bought a beautiful piece for $46 that would have been priced 20% higher elsewhere.

When looking for talavera or mexican pottery, this is the place to go. The selection is tremendous, and the prices are great.

We discovered Tubac when we moved to Tucson in 2016. Really a go-to place when shopping mexican and southwest décor. I totally agree with all the other reviewers that the Country Shop is the best shop in Tubac. The people are super helpful and friendly - a family business. Prices beat their competition. I love to support this business. It's always just fun to peruse their inventory inside and out. Don't go to Tubac without checking out the Country Shop!

Best place In Tucson to buy your Mexican pottery well worth the drive to Tubac the choice here is fantastic and the prices won’t be beaten. I know I’ve driven all over and end up here every time. Very nice people thank you.

Love, love, love this place. I always find what I need, but the best part is how much fun it is to visit. They have beautiful pots for my garden. My daughter Francine loves Mindy. Always gets great hugs.

Lots of cute stuff. Mexican knick nacks galore. None of it too junky. And the price for their talevera garden pottery is quite good compared even to a pottery warehouse here in Tucson. Staff is friendly, and helpful. And the business is family owned and operated. And you cant beat a trip to Tubac. Cute cute cute little town.

Every time we come to visit Tubac I enjoy visiting this place. The prices are good and the assortment of items is always changing. Love the owners who are brother and sister and are so welcoming. It's not a trip to Tubac if we don't stop here..

Favorite place to pottery or yard art anywhere in Tubac. Very big selection with really good prices. Be sure to check out the treasures they have inside too

Business hours on this site are wrong.
We drove an hour plus to shop. We found several things that we wanted to buy (as usual). We went to the door and they are CLOSED and only open on Saturdays. (We did not bring a check as this site said the store would be open.)

We love this place. Every time we visit, we find at least one thing to buy.

Fantastic selection and great prices. Even when they are closed, they have a good selection outside and you can just leave cash.

I love the little shop with a fantastic selection of reasonably-priced pottery and trinkets. The owners say they have been there forever, and the building has a large slice of character.

This is our favorite place to shop in Tubac! We bought this piece last year. Can't wait to see what is new when we go back this year!!
