Absolutely love this location! The store is extremely clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The manager has always been welcoming and courteous when I come in. I always get the help I am looking for and did I say how clean the store is. I will continue my business with this UPS Store location. I hope that this review brings people to this location.

I came to this store with some very creative printing needs for my wedding. The new owner Tapa was so unbelievably helpful. She worked on the designing and printing with me until we were satisfied with the result and then we mass printed all our copies.

The employees here are willing to go the extra mile and it's refreshing.

I had a last minute Notary need on a Sunday and Stephen was more than happy to assist. Stephen notarized my document and ensured that it was completed correctly. The employees in this store are courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend this location for any UPS/notary needs.

Staff was incredibly professional, efficient, and quick! My fiancée and I brought a couple of documents in to be signed by the Notary Public (as a walk-in without an appointment), and the Store Manager was very helpful in getting us in and out in a timely manner. I recently visited the UPS Store #6862 located at 43330 Junction Plaza, Ste 164, Ashburn, VA 20147 to get a document notarized, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received.
Upon arriving, I was greeted warmly by the staff who directed me to the notary, Moniqua Brown, who was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain each step and answered any questions I had, putting me at ease and making the experience stress-free.
The notarization was completed quickly and efficiently, and I left the store feeling confident that everything was done correctly. The staff even offered to assist with any additional needs I may have had.
Overall, I would highly recommend the UPS Store for document notarization. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. The experience was hassle-free and left me with a positive impression of the store. I will definitely return for any future needs.

I had a self inflicted issue with a very sensitive document. Mo, the assistant manager, went above and beyond my expectations. She stayed in communication with me until it was returned to the location. This is my primary UPS store. I highly suggest their services over others.

Stephen was so great at this UPS location. I needed to get a notary, which he was able to do so quickly. I was in and out of the place. The customer service here is so great.. I will be returning whenever I need UPS service in this area!

Store 6862 is the best UPS store in the ASHBURN area. The staff are very professional and helpful, provide outstanding customer service. I am extremely satisfied every time I go to this store for any purpose - Amazon returns, notary services etc. I highly recommend this store for any of your shipping needs.

Visited today to get something notarized, had an amazing experience. Steven was very kind and welcoming. I typically go to the ups closer to my house but I will now only be coming to this one. Steven definitely is a great asset to the company. 10/10 . Highly recommend.

We used The UPS Store at Ashburn Farms to pack and ship 24 items in one box. The customer service person, Mo, was wonderful. As we put each item on the counter, we marked our inventory sheet. This took time, and Mo was very patient with us. She chose the correct-sized box for the shipment and processed the shipment. She was pleasant and personable at all times and was a joy to work with. It was a "wow" experience.

Not only is this the store closest to my house, but it is also hands-down the best service in NoVa. It is always fully staffed, and they are always helpful and friendly. And I have never waited more than 2 minutes.

Let me preface by stating: I can’t stand entitled customers. People that beg for discounts and ask someone to do something or give them something for free. I come to this UPS Store often to drop off Amazon returns and ship other items every now and then. These guys may not have the friendliest demeanor, but you have to understand that they are not just taking your order. They are doing all the work and trying to process people as fast as possible. Expecting them to be like the greeters at Chick-fil-A is like expecting an auto mechanic to be like a butler. These guys are quick and efficient! When they don’t charge me for work they have done for me, I am extremely grateful. I very much appreciate the help Stephen provided me today, which is why I’m writing this review.

Smaller UPS store in comparison to others. Opens earlier at 830 am. If you go early you shouldn't have a long wait. Good store.

I have to add something to this post. Today Jirad helped solved a problem with shipping something back to Amazon through UPS. His customer service was top notch. He was knowledgeable about the process and made a suggestion which would save me from a bad headache with Amazon. THANK YOU for being my hero today.

Kelly and John provided EXCELLENT customer service and were super friendly. Definitely my favorite UPS store. Their knowledge and suggestions made my project go much smoother than anticipated. A+ for them both.

Had some trouble with Verizon equipment return, apparently UPS for some reason doesn’t have my order number in their database. So it’s either Verizon or UPS screwed up on it. Tried 2 other UPS location already and didn’t work out. However later was able to work with Verizon to get a shipping label and guys of this UPS store offered to help pack it, so I didn’t have to go home packing it again on a Friday night after a tiring workweek. Good customer service and giving 5 stars.

We had a document that needed to be notarized and sent by USPS certified mail with tracking. This UPS store was a one stop shop for everything we needed. Stephen, the store manager, was extremely helpful and we were very pleased with the results.

This place provides fast and top notch service. Steve was great in helping me with notary service in the last minute for my passport. The entire staff is quick to help and very customer service oriented.
