Evelyn Captain of Events was my secret Santa this year!!! I came in looking for the Grinch tree and found a sad little dried up tree by the register. I was told there weren’t anymore but I decided to ask one more person and there she was! She was able to guide me to a rack that was hidden between these ginormous (small) palm trees, and found a tree that was exactly what I was looking for. I was actually hesitant to ask her for help because she looked like she was hustling trying to get her work done, but
she was very pleasant and approachable. Thank you so much, Evelyn!

My wife and went to Home Depot at Stanton for the first time for Kohler toilet tonight and we really obligated to give them 5 stars review for their service. After paying for the item at the self chech-out wi was greeted by the white bearded man with the friendly on our way out. When we got close to our SUV we noticed that a young man working for Home Depot has been following us to help us lift the heavy toilet (we didn't even ask for)into our car. Needless to say we were so impressed and appreciative. we will start coming to Stanton Home depot from now on .

Come to this store to fix my LED light. I met the employee here who name is Hanh. He is very professional and helpful. He show me how to change the light and recommend the right LED type for me. Overall, I have very nice experience when shop here. Recommend for everyone

This is a big big store. The location is a little tough but you'll find what you want or need. Since it is located in a plaza. You will also have a few restaurants in the surroundings

They have a wonderful selection of flowers in their garden department. I will be doing all of my home improvement shopping here from now on.

This is one of the best Home Depots in the area. The service and the polite Associates made it a superb experience. I spoke with four members of the staff. The customer service associate helped me to check for item availability. The associate on the floor helped to answer my questions and located the item I needed. The lift operator carefully handled my item that was on a top warehouse shelf. Then Ana the cashier was kind and polite when I was paying for my item. Great staff.

What would we do without waste management. Keep the drain system clear from clogs and backups. Rent a maintenance tool from the tool rental department.

I used curbside option to pick up purchased goods and the curbside option was very easy and comfortable for me.

I go here all the time, they have a great selection of affordable products. Even their lumber and garden section have huge amounts of product. The lot is almost always busy and I appreciate the hours that they are open. I can go very early in the morning or later at night if I need to. If you ever need to return a product, they make it very easy and fast to get your money back. The employees are always knowledgeable and helpful when you need them. I will be coming back as long as the store remains open.

Awesome! What can I say? It's the Home Depot layout that we've all seen and gotta accustomed to. However, the Employees here are Some of the Nicest folks who are helpful and make sure you get the items You Need.
Outstanding in the attention to detail and cleanliness of their store too!

Great customer services especially at the paint station.

I've made many reviews about home Depot that I'll just keep this short. I always find what I need. The only criticism that I have is I wish each home Depot would have the same amount of stock as the rest. Hate trying to find an item and find out that the item is only available at a certain store and then I can't find it at the one by my house. I don't want to hear about covid-19 being the blame for everything. If the supplier can't supply your needs find somebody else that will do it. I'm sure they would love the contract. I'm also sick of having to order everything in this day and age. If I need something then I need it immediately! If I need it in a couple days then I'll get it in a couple days. 😩

This Home Depot trip was great! I really appreciated the great customer service!
It happend that I had to go at about 8:40 pm and they close at 9 pm. I needed to repair a wall in the front lobby of a business that had water damage, and had to get drywall, wall mud, tape, etc.. and all of the employees that helped me were fantastic! I was never rushed and didn't feel like they were pushing me out the door at anytime. I was using a business account without their physical card on me. this requires they call the owner to verify the materials I'd purchased which meant more time before they could go home. The Customer Service girl, I should have gotten her name, was all smiles and patience with the obvious inconvenience I had caused her. We finished the transaction and bid farewell. The service was like we rarely get to see anymore. The Covid Protocols were in place and all of the employees wore masks and used social distancing as required. The store was clean and stocked well. Aisles were neat and organized making it easy to find everything that was needed in about 15 minutes. If you. are in the Stanton area and need a Home Depot this is the place to go for everything you need with the added bonus of great customer service!
They're at Beach Blvd. / Chapman in the south/west corner shopping center. I think their hours are M - Sat 7:00am - 9:00pm and Sun 8:00am - 7:00pm.

I love going to Home Depot they always have what o am looking for and there customer service is good but need a little work on being available and not have employee's standing around and about there personal lives where customers can hear and not be on the phone talking about whats for dinner when customer is standing there waiting to ask a question but that was only 2 employee's and two different days that happend other then that its a good place and the rest of the Employees are really good and. Professional and always willing to help

Frank from plumbing provides excellent customer service. If I could give him 10 stars I would 👍. I needed 30 boxes from the top shelf, he went and got the ladder and gave me each box 1 by 1.

I go to this home depot at lease 10 times a month. I have had some great experiences lately. The general manager Edgar is always willing to hear me out when I have a bad or good thing to say about employees. Tim is the person that I have dealt with lately and man this guy's attitude is amazing. One of the few people that actually loves his job . Hope he gets more hours so I can keep running into him. Amazing work Tim keep it up.

Great help. Thanks to Jazz we able to find what we need and check out in a timely manner.

Employee Complement

I was in the Stanton, Ca store to exchange a bathtub spout that was missing a connector . When I went to the aisle to get another spout, there weren't any. Employee Jason
Was in the aisle assisting another customer, and when he was through with the customer I approached him and asked him if he anymore or the spout I needed in stock. He said he didn't have a phone on him to check stock, but he went to the place where the spout should be hanging and got the part number. He said he would have to go get a ladder and he would be back. It took him a while, and when he returned with the ladder he apologized for the delay as customers kept stopping him to ask questions. I told him I understood and appreciated his assistance. He found a box of the spouts and got one out for me.
Jason went over and above what I expected, and provided excellent customer service.
