AT&T Store

I had an excellent experience at this store. My sales clerk was Tina. She was very polite and very knowledgeable about the products. She really helped me make the correct decisions on my purchases I made. I highly recommend this store.

Tina assisted me yesterday when my phone was not working. She patiently tried several things to get it working. It was eventually determined to be an issue, not with the AT&T service but my device. She shared the support number and eventually the problem was resolved. Tina went out of her way to assist me and to help other customers as they came in.

Jace and Tina were amazing reps and helped me figure out how to get back into my icloud account. I was nervous at first because phone stores can be very stressful but the two fantastic reps made this process such a breeze. Definitely recommend this store and I will be returning for any phone needs.

Lamar was an excellent tep. Came in for an upgrade he helped me add tv service package for a great deal. Highly recommend this store

Yes, Yes, Yes! I am so excited to finally see new management here at the Oakland location. The new manager Geoffrey was awesome. I was regretting going into store but as soon as I walked in I could instantly tell that the energy is 100 times better than my last visit. I worked with Austin who was really great as well in helping me upgrade to the new Iphone 14 but Geoffrey was there for every question I had and making my experience there a joy. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Jace and the team did a great job, I took my phone to three different AT&T stores before the team at this store was finally able to solve the issue.

The new manager there Ms Drake has the best attitude and when you come in the store she greets you with a big smile and she make sure her customers are well taking care of before they leaves the store! Best customer service I have seen in a long time! 5⭐ service! 😊

My sales rep Jennifer was AMAZING! My family and I switched over from Verizon paying over $450 for a phone bill and Jennifer cut it in half ! Her attitude and customer service was Top Tier. Definitely recommend asking for Ms. Jennifer

My representative was very nice and friendly she was very patient and helpful with me and she explained everything that I wanted to know. I would recommend AT&T if you are looking for an IPhone or just to upgrade.

I went in today to get a new phone and it was the best experience I’ve ever had in an AT&T Store! First of all, there was no wait. Secondly, the young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable about everything from the phone to the best value for a durable case. She saved me money on the phone charger too!! It was worth the drive to Oakland!

My mom has been having so much trouble with her sprint service every since they went to tmobile. So we decided to switch her to at&t. She went to the store and they did everything for her. They called tmobile and got her phone unlocked and got her number transferred to her new att service. They made it all so easy!

Finally made the switch to AT&T and this store was the best. Super friendly and helpful. Made the process so easy and enjoyable.

This store has a very friendly environment. The guy who was helping me took his time and made sure he went over all their phone and watch deals. Great location!

Sale people was on point walked in to just get a car charger the salesperson told me about a buy two get the third item free.
So pick out my free item then out the store in less then two minutes.
Love their smiling faces and that greeting was to make me buy more.

Came in to get my Samsung s22 ultra set up and added to my account. The rep Jessica was very helpful and made sure everything worked perfect before leaving. Great service

Yesterday I went to the Oakland AT&T to change the name on my account.because my husband had died. Tiffany helped me and she noticed that our bill seemed high. To make a long story short she worked with someone to review my account and was able to cut my bill in half and at this time that was a blessing. While she was helping me she was also helping two other customers. She was AMAZING!! Don't let this young lady leave. I really appreciated her assistance.
