I have never had a more cooperative place that this CVS on Pearl Road.
Sure I have waited, but never a length time. Usually when I have a prescription that was just called in.
This is a time to have a little patience as these people are working under a stressful time and I appreciate I have a place that offers a lot of alternatives. Pick up, delivery, and usually a nice smile.
Patience, people. It could be worse!

My grandson takes medications for asthma & we found out today my daughter's insurance was cancelled due to paperwork. I went to pick up his prescription & wasn't sure I had enough on my credit card to pay for it. Luckily I did, but as I was about to leave, Carly told me regardless, my grandson would have his medicine because she would have paid the $15.00. I truly am grateful for her compassion. It's nice to know there are people who will go above & beyond to help someone whether they know you or not. Thank you so much Carly...you're truly amazing!! Give this girl a raise 🙏💯

It was busy but they got you in and out quickly. The pharmacy is well staffed but the front register was self check. There are several air purifiers throughout. The shelves are well stocked for most items.

I frequently visit this location and have never had a bad experience! When you take advantage of their sales or rewards from your CVS card you can score some good deals. I always make sure to stop by right after a holiday to check their clearance section. However, I generally avoid buying any name brand products at their retail price as in my opinion they rack prices up quite a bit!

Every single time I come to the pharmacy they always fail and mess something up. Can never do their job correctly. 4 times now my family has paid out of pocket for our prescriptions because they don’t know how to enter insurances properly even after giving them the correct info. And then proceed to get an attitude with you when they don’t know how to do their job correctly. Wanting me to get out of line because now I have to pay cash and they have to re bill it. I give them a $20 bill. And tell them to keep the change. What’s so hard about that. Give me an attitude because I’m telling you to keep the change because I don’t want to wait in line for another 40 mins. Give me my prescription that im now paying for when I didn’t even need to!!! No one told you to be a pharmacy tech at 70+ years old - don’t take your hate on your job out on costumers.

Julie Deal the pharmacist is so disrespectful and unprofessional. I do not know who hired her with the amount of attitude she has. But they definitely should reconsider her working at cvs pharmacy. It is so disgusting for someone at her age. If you do not want to care and speak to elderly people about there medication with some respect. I highly suggested a different career. Very disappointed in the level of unprofessionalism. Bless her orange hair.
