Great customer service. My son and his wife bought a washer and dryer set from Buckeye Scratch N Dent Appliances for a great price and later had some issues with the washing machine so we contacted them so they could fix it. They went above and beyond and fixed the problems with it. I recommend buying appliances from there.

Purchased a washer from them. Took it home had some problems. Sent them a video over FB what it was doing. They contacted me immediately and came out to fix it right away. Works great!!! Highly recommend!! Great prices and customer service!! A+

Staff is friendly and helpful. Large selection of scratch and dent appliances. Prices are a little on the high side, I felt.

Prices are higher than Lowes regular stock items

Bought a washer and dryer set didn't go 2 weeks before I had a bad roller/noise in the dryer called on Monday about getting it repaired and was told I would get a call back I tried to call back in a few more times over the next 3 days finally ordered the parts and fixed it myself. Got a call back on Friday and told them I had repaired it and that I had $25 in parts and was told since I repaired it there wasn't anything else for them to do. Don't depend on your "warranty" if you buy from them.
