Stripes

On Monday June 5th, got home later than usual from work 9-10pm. Had to stop by my post office to pick up mail. Decided to stop by stripes on 1st Street, these parts of my home town I don’t likely travel at night by myself. All I wanted was some candy very unusual of me. I noticed the racks had been cleaned and cleared as they were removed from the racks. I asked the employee why was the candy in boxes He explained to me how he was cleaning and he will be refilling the racks shortly. On top of all the customers he had everything was running smoothly. I could not believe the generosity, efficiency and hospitality this kind man had. To put everything aside and look through all these candy boxes for me just to make me happy. I was appalled and after telling him it’s ok sir I don’t want you going out of your way for me. He still insisted to make me happy. I regret not asking him for his name. Caucasian male. What a wonderful experience. Hopefully this reaches corporate and recognizes this fantastic employee.
