As far as Walmarts go, this is the nicest one I've seen. It's much smaller than others, but as soon as we walked in the difference was immediately apparent. The produce was colorful and beautifully arranged. The store was super clean and had a lot of open space. It didn't feel cramped at all. Even the self-checkout area was spacious and inviting. I usually get anxiety just from squeezing my cart down the narrow funnel at our local Walmart. I would definitely shop here again.

It's Walmart. There's always some deals there but since covid prices of everything are going up and even Walmart's prices are doing the same. This Walmart is very clean and even though it's Christmas season they did a great job keeping the store shelves well stocked and very clean

One of the best Walmart stores I've ever been to. Great selection to choose from. Organized and setup well. Clean and well maintained. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They have a Red Box which is usually well stocked with newer movies. There's also a Wendy's close which is convenient if you don't want to shop on an empty stomach.

I went to Walmart in Ottowa Ohio for the first time lastnight, mind you before hand my 16 year old son said it's nice, and yesss I was very impressed!! Clean organized and the selection of items are amazing!! I love the kids clothes section! I'm from Defiance but will definitely go back to Ottawa Walmart!

Used this Walmart for their pickup service for a black friday buy that I found. I walked into the pickup area and it was ready for pickup in less than 5 minutes and they actually had it on a cart that I could use to take it to my truck. The staff member working the pickup counter was helpful and polite. Store looked clean after all of the black friday madness the day before.

Great customer service, great selection

As Mr Fruchy said in an earlier review, never enough registers open but in my experience of travelling coast to coast and even remodeling these stores, that is just a walmart thing. Very rarely have I been to a walmart that has plenty of registers open. I usually opt for self check out. That being said, most of the staff are kind and helpful at the Ottawa location. From the younger generation to the older. There are regular employees that I always have a positive run in with at this store. And I mean, come on, it's walmart. They carry most everything u need for ur day to day life, even in such a small store as this one.

This Walmart is very clean very organized, always have great sales & good varieties. Staff here is also very pleasant.

Walk right in, no chutes to walk through or around, about half of the shoppers are wearing masks, shopping here is quick and easy

Its Walmart... was clean and easy to get in and out. Appears to be following guidelines for Covid. It appears to be a smaller Walmart but its a smaller town.
