I needed three masking tapes with special color and size. The other stores didn't have enough, but I could find that this one has. So I ordered online and went to pick up. It was convenient and easy. I stopped by and could pick up very quickly. Clean and well managed store.

I made an appointment for the TSA precheck interview which I highly recommend doing. Appointments will have priority over walk-ins. The cubicle this all takes place in is toward the middle, left of the store. There's a big sign that says TSA Precheck next to the cubicle. The information confirmation was quick. You will be taking a picture so be prepared to put your hair behind your ears. There will be fingerprinting. I appreciated the disposable face masks and hand sanitizer on hand. The man in charge of the process was knowledgeable, kind, and efficient.

Love my local Staples. They cater to all my printing and supply needs They are always provide print and excellent service like today Skylar helped print n price my work and had the it done very quickly.

This review is specifically for the TSA pre-check enrollment offered at this location. The whole process was quick and easy. The employee completing the enrollment was very helpful and friendly. My appointment started right on time and I was out the door quickly. Highly recommend!

Printing department is so amazing. Great customer service and very helpful. We kept having issues with my business cards and they did a great job of trying to troubleshoot the issue and keep trying. Resolved my situation so quickly and easy

The store is well organized and easy to find what you need.
We love the other items for our office, paper towels, coffee and their office chair selection is good.

Best customer service ever! Erica at printing department went above and beyond her duties to make sure my return address labels looks amazing even though we had to reprint my order like 4 times to make sure the font on the labels are easy to read ❤🌹👍

Ignore the naysayers and grumps! Staples is fine! Love Nikki & Angel in the Copy Center, they always go the extra mile to make sure everything is right! Never had any bad service whatsoever. Worse maybe is the checkout line got a little long but they try to keep an eye on that. I've been to other Staples, Office Maxs and Office Depots and the Staples HB is the best!
