She really went above and beyond to ensure I got an amazing deal and I am beyond happy with her recommendation, she is extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend Lauren. I was looking for a mattress online and found out it has been discontinued. So I had a char with a rep online and figured out what the replacement would be. The rep sent my number to my local store and the manager, Lauren, reached out immediately. When I made it into the store Lauren was super friendly & greeted me warmly. She got me squared away quickly. Overall I had a great experience and would shop there again.

Seriously, make a day trip out of heading to visit Southampton and if you are in need of a new mattress, go to this location only and visit Lauren and her staff!!! We had some really bad experiences with finding a suitable bed for a combo back and side sleeping duo and not only did we get really knowledgeable service from Tony on our initial visit but when we were ready to commit to buy the very next day, Lauren went above and beyond to help us find us the best price and option for what we needed! We had some special circumstances when we placed the order and needed delivery like yesterday and Lauren really took time to make sure that our order would be delivered the next day.
